Salesman was very honest and up front. There were no hidden cost. The installers were very professional and completed install in one day. Cleaned up after install and looked as if they weren't even there. I would recommend this contractor- you will not find a better deal.

Make sure they take pictures of the entire unit that the are replacing so the techs will know.

They hit the ground running! The workers did an excellent job. They did a complicated install perfectly in record time. We. Are extremely happy and satisfied with the work and clean up.

The technician who came to my house was only trying to convince me to purchase a new furnace stead of troubleshooting and find a solution to fix the old one I was explaining to him my money situation at the time, and he really did not really want to hear what I was saying. He arrived at my house around 2:20 and was out the door before 3 o clock maybe 20 minutes at the most! And the thing that offended me the most is when the technician said because of some of my knowledge of certain things that he did not need to be here if I knew everything. I felt very disrespected and felt that he did not do enough to try to even attempt to fix my problem Furnace and left me in the same position that I was in before he came. And collected $90 for no work. Not good service at all.

Professional still waiting on BGE gas rebate

Two men arrived on time, were very organized and professional. The work was completed in a timely manner as promised. When they finished they cleaned up very well.

Our old system failed on the first hot day this year. I contact Blue Dot, and another company who shall not be named, that evening, Within an hour Blue Dot was on the phone and they have a specialists at our house the next morning. They helped us with financing and the job was done the following day. They also upgraded out model for free since the one we purchased was out of stock. They have our business going forward. We plan to replace our hot water heater later this year, and we will be going back to Blue Dot.

They did a great job installing my new Heat pump and Air handler. There were so some challenges with the lines but they found a great solution with little impact to my house. They were courteous and stayed until I had a working heat system!

Blue Dot did a great install of a new hvac system. The price was just below the nearest competitor. The crew was very curtious and did many extras to retro-fit the new system.

Very polite, great about protecting my floors, great clean up. I only wish they'd sent more than two so the job had gone faster, but the two I had did a fantastic job!
