Thomas Jagodzinski did a fabulous job fixing the clogged AC drain line, He diagnosed the issue in seconds and had the clog removed very quickly. He explained how to prevent future clogs and checked the thermostat to make sure the error was gone. He was polite, kind and professional. The superb Blue Dot staff got me on the schedule the same day and TJ arrived much sooner than the 4 hour window which I really appreciated. I couldnt ask for better service. Blue Dot is outstanding. Theres no other service I would call for help. They are the absolute best. Thanks, TJ and Blue Dot!

The Blue Dot staff (from the administrative staff to the technicians) were professional, communicative, and helpful. During installation of my new AC system the technicians were curtious, respectful, and always explained what they were doing. After installation we were given instructions for operating the system and I was appreciative of that. After a few months a part of the system failed. They responded quickly though, ordered the part and replaced it in a timely manor. The technician Alex, who repaired my unit worked diligently into the evening (in my hot attic!) to make sure my system was up and running before he left. He was curtious, respectful, and personable. It was enjoyable to have him in my home.

Quick and easy install. Pulled the permits for the job and I felt the price was right where my personal estimates lined up as well.

The experience was mostly positive, however, once the deal was complete. The salesman came back a said they could not get the model I ordered, and could not provide a time when the model we ordered would be back in stock. I bring this up because I specifically asked him, and he assured me that they had the parts. Only say buyer beware! On the positive side, the installation team was AWESOME. Respectfully, and competent! The system had performed flawlessly since the completion of the installation.

LEE was professional and very helpful! He gave me lots of tips and did a very good job tuning up my HVAC system.
