Tim responded the same day when called to give an estimate. He and his crew arrived just days later and worked from the moment they arrived until they completed the work. There was a lot of labor involved in removing many trees, shrubs, discarded limbs, and wood. All three men worked diligently the entire day and left the area spotless. They were very careful using their machinery near our new driveway. Additionally, they were personable and cared about the work they performed.

I was quoted $270 for a 10 yard dumpster rental. At the time of the quote I was told this would cover 3 tons and additional weight would be extra. Quotes from other services offered 2 ton limits, so I went with T&T. After picking up the dumpster T&T indicated that the limit was 1.5 tons and that I owed for 4.5 tons, an additional $210. Get a quote and conditions in writing before you yous these people. I never said I was quoted 3 tons, I said 2 tons and I never responded because I felt T&T was bullying to me and my wife. I don't understand why T&T was so nasty on the phone, when it made no difference to them, They were making extra money on the job. BTW - Big Red Dumpster was the company that offered 10 yard with a 2 ton limit. If T&T's terms are so set by their costs then they should specify the limits on their web site. They have the dimensions and volume, why not display the weight limit if that is really the limiting factor? T&T does this type business every day for a living and they understand the costs, but they need to remember most people may only rent a dumpster 1 or twice in a lifetime and have no clue about the pricing, it's nice that they have laid it all out in ar response after the fact. I was quoted a 2 ton limit on 10 cy dumpster by Big Red for the same price as T&T, why would I take a lower weight limit rental from T&T? I understand now that the price could never work for them, but THEY misquoted the price, maybe they were thinking of a larger dumpster when quoting to me and missed the misstatement. Who knows? I don't have a problem with paying a fair price, but I think a business that prides itself on good customer service would want to acknowledge that there is a possibility that they erred and that they should make some effort to find a compromised solution.

Tim, showed up early. Gave me a great price and did the job quickly. He and his son were courteous and quick workers. Fantastic job!

Excellent! From the time I called them to when they performed the work was only a couple of days I believe. They came to my house and did the work and hauling while I was gone so by the time I came home I had a completely different yard. It was a complete bonus that they hauled away the additional debris that I had left there which made me extremely pleased.I think T & T perform outstanding work, very professional and are quick to complete any jobs asked of them. If you need an estimate they can come out without you needing to be there and will call you later to give you the cost and how soon they can start.

Their price was good and they were available when I needed them.

My husband dismantled a large, wooden swing-set with a shingle-roofed playhouse set atop 4x4 pressure-treated supports. We thought we would just haul it away ourselves with our daughter's pick-up, but it is amazing how heavy those pieces of wood are, even when cut into pieces. It was hard enough for us to just get it apart and piled in the driveway! Luckily, Tim Cockey came by a little earlier than expected to drop off a dumpster on our property to support a basement remodeling project for Manna Bros. Home Improvement. He was very courteous and offered to help us out by giving us a discounted rate to remove all the wood since he was already there and had an empty truck. In what seemed like no time, he had all of that heavy wood loaded up and the driveway swept clean of all nails and debris. I highly recommend him for being dependable and very thorough. Plus, he goes the extra mile! I can tell that because of how he treats his dogs. That day he had not planned on doing anything but drop off the dumpster and so had taken his 3 beautiful black labs with him in the truck (extended cab). All the while he was loading up our wood, he kept the windows closed and the A/C running for them so they were all both safe and very comfortable. Most people would have just left the windows open, but he took no chances on one of them jumping out or getting over-heated. Gotta love a man who takes such good care of his dogs when no one seems to be watching. :)

I bought my first home on December 14, 2011 and it needed a little rehabbing and cleaning out also. I looked on Angies list for a company that rented dumpsters so I could have it all removed. I called a list of company's searching for a good price and fast delivery. I called T & T Services Hauling and talked with Tim who was Very nice and explained everything very well to me since I had no clue really what I was looking for. I was given a price of $ 335 for a 15 yd dumpster which I found to be the best price so far in my endless calls. All the other companies were higher in price with a 1 week rental. Tim had a great price and 2 weeks rental which I thought was great. He also was the only company that could get the dumpster out to me within 2 days with such short notice. At the end of my two weeks I called for pickup but needed it longer, Tim was so nice and had no problem with me needing to keep it longer. Tim said they were slow so I was able to keep it longer than I expected which was great for me because I was no where near done with my clean out! When I was ready for the dumpster pick up he was there with no issues and everything went smoothly.....I would ABSOLUTELY recommend T & T to anyone I know and if I ever need a dumpster again I will definitely call him back!! The experience went exceptionally well. The dumpster was placed exactly where we wanted it. Tim dropped it off and picked it up on time. He even helped us load that mattresses on top of the dumpster. Tim gave us advice on how to load the dumpster to get the most inside. While there he gave us some quotes on stump removal which was quite helpful. Reasonably priced for this service and very pleasant to deal with. Would use again and highly recommend. Thanks TIm!

Delivered the dumpster right on time and placed it in the correct spot in the driveway Picked up the dumpster on the expected date with no problems. Very easy to contact via phone. Fair price for the dumpster as well.

This is actually our third time using him in past 5 years or so. Price has remained the same, has a variety of dumpster sizes. Always very easy to reach, talk to, and flexible on delivery time AND flexible on how much time you keep the dumpster. Highly recommend.

He did an excellent job and cleaned up the yard. He said he might have to come back on Saturday to finish, but when I got to the house before 9am. it was all gone. I will be using him again.

We called on a Saturday to arrange for a visit and estimate. We were told that someone would be out the next day and they would call first. Well, we were here all day and no one called nor did they show up. After reading all of the good reviews, we were very disappointed.

They were terrific, did a great job very quickly, and was very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

I made a phone call to this company this morning, and they called me back to say they would be in my neighborhood this evening if I wanted them to come by then. I said that would be great. They were extremely prompt, polite, and very job oriented. The console TV was extremely large and heavy. They finished the job in less than 20 minutes, and I was very pleased. I would definitely call them again.
