They arrived a day early and got this job knocked out really fast. They cleaned up after themselves very well. I am very happy with the result and will be using them again. The price was on point.

The provider was very courteous, efficient, and professional. The provider was very flexible and punctual. I was late meeting them because I got caught in a traffic jam caused by a serious road accident that shut down the highway. The providers were kind enough to wait around till I could meet up with them! They got the job done quickly, carefully, and safely. They made the whole experience stress-free! Thanks!!

I would absolutely use T&T again. Extremely courteous, worked efficiently, kept me posted on arrival time. 1/3 the price of Got Junk. Bonus: they are dog people!

We have three floor worth of stuffs need to get rid of (as results of tenant eviction). Provider came out the next day to see what it involved and made recommendations on my alternatives. I decided to get the dumpster and do it myself. They delivered the dumpster promptly and I have it loaded in the same day. Notify them early next morning. They came right out and removed the dumpster.

I called Tim in the morning and he was able to come by in the afternoon to assess the project, and actually perform the work at that time. There were some very large branches as well as many small branches and he did a wonderful job of clearing it all off the lawn. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely use him for my future hauling needs.

I called Tim and he came out to look at shed I wanted taken away to give me estimate. I called him back and he said it would be $350.00 but wasn't sure when as he had some help problems. I asked if I should look elsewhere but he said he would get back to me as he wanted the job. He called me this morning at 10 am and said he would like to do work today as he had a lot of help. I told him we would not be there but to go ahead and I would send him a check. I also reminded him that I would not have time to empty the shed out-he said not to worry and they would take care of it. We got back around 12 and they were almost finished. The shed was demolished and already in truck. Everything in shed was neatly on other side of patio. They did a great job and I would use again.

The price went over the big deal's price because The inside was not as bad as I thought. He also did yard work as well so I had him do it. I negotiated a more cheaper price that what he wanted to give me. He doesn't do electronic communication.

This service was performed five days ago and I waited until now to review T and T so this review would be fair and not written in anger. I went through "SnapFix" to find providers for this job and believe that this may have been a mistake. That's a separate issue but may be relevant to the outcome. I don't know who sees messages on the app. This is the exact description I posted on SnapFix along with a photo: "I need to have a swing set/fort taken down, the footers removed (dug up), holes filled in, and everything hauled away." I received a list of providers on June 14th from SnapFix. I chose T and T because the description of their services sounded like they did more than just hauling: 'Landscaping, tree trimming, dumpster services, house cleanouts, DEMOLITION and roll off dumpster rentals." I called T and T on June 17th and left a message explaining I had gotten their name from "SnapFix" and described the project. When I didn't hear from them I called on the 19th. The owner had a funeral to attend but agreed to come to the house as soon as he could. Tim came the following week and looked at the project. I repeated at least five times that the footers had to be dug up because I want to put a garden in that space. Tim said it wouldn't be a problem, he was sending a BobCat but he MIGHT have to bring another tool to dig. Nowhere in the conversation did he state or imply that digging would change the price. Tim said they could do the project between then (Monday) and Wednesday and gave us an estimate of $250.00 which we accepted. We didn't hear from T and T again so I waited until Wednesday to call and was told someone would be here Wednesday evening "if at all." At 2:24 PM someone from T and T called to say that workers were on their way to the house. T and T is about 15 minutes from our house. Two men arrived with a small BobCat and looked at the swing set. We went over the project with them and repeated several times that the agreement was that the footers would be dug up and removed. They took the higher pieces down quickly with chainsaws and removed them. Then the younger of the two said that IF HE PUSHED THE REMAINING PIECES OVER WITH THE BOBCAT USUALLY THE FOOTERS WOULD POP OUT OF THE GROUND. I'm not in the business but I know the laws of physics say that if you push on a post coming out of the ground that is set in concrete the post will break NOT the footers will pop out. He did it anyway and the posts broke off. He said they couldn't remove them. He called Tim who said he had told us that if the footers didn't come out and he had to bring in another piece of equipment and dig it would be another project. NEVER did he mention it. The sad thing is, if he HAD mentioned it we probably wouldn't have minded, but the idea that he said we were mistaken, that I had to continually call them, and that he made us sound like we were idiots and didn't know what we had said nor done to research and prepare for the project really made me angry. What we learned is this: Don't hire T and T. ANYTME you agree with a provider on a project, GET IT IN WRITING AND HAVE THEM SIGN IT, even if the representative SEEMS honest and kind. Lastly, I'm not completely sure SnapFix is helpful. There are a lot of us who need many smaller projects completed. If you are looking for a company to complete large projects you can find hundreds of providers. If you're looking for an honest company to help you do a few small but important projects it's much harder to find reputable companies who aren't expecting to get rich quickly.

My former lawn service just disappeared. No calls no answer no show. After calling several others T&T was the most professional and accommodating. They were able to set up service quickly and maintained a scheduled 10 day cut for the season. The lawn is edged and clippings are blown off surfaces. They provide monthly billing and have offered prices for other services. Best yet we are neighbors! I had no idea! Definitely impressed this far and will use them and refer others.

The crew showed up promptly and did a nice job of clearing out a lot of our lot that had accumulated a lot of old brush, piles of split rail fence parts, concrete and tires. There were a few small trees that needed to be remove, which they took out using a loader. The lot looked much better once they were done. Also had an old wooden frame couch and giant, heavy tube TV removed from basement. Was very pleased with the work, the lot looks much better and I was happy to get that monster TV out of the basement.

I found T&T on Angie's website, saw the positive responses and decided to give them a call. Their price was significantly cheaper than other places. I had questions and sent emails to, I assume, Mr. Cockey. He responded to each email within the hour. When I called to have the dumpster delivered, he brought it out the next day. He picked it up promptly as well.

I had bought a house at auction, and it was FULL of junk on all three floors, debris in the yard, and the two car garage was PACKED with generations' worth of stuff. I was able to get an estimate from T&T the day I called, and the crew came to haul everything away the next morning. The price was almost $1,000 less than the other estimate I got, AND they did an AMAZING job. They were on time, cheerful, and worked tirelessly all day with hardly any break at all. They were able to clear away even the very heavy items - a broken 1950s fridge all the way up on the third floor, for example, and an old automobile engine in the garage - without complaint. They even pulled up the carpet and took it away. And they swept every room when they were finished, even the basement. The place looked better than I had hoped. Very hard-working, honest, and thorough crew.

I called T&T this morning to inquire about getting debris from an old wooden deck that had been pulled up from the backyard and left on the side of my house hauled away. They came out to my home that afternoon and provided me with a more than fair estimate for what turned out to be a rather large hauling job. The old wood deck pieces were very heavy and there was a great deal of wood that they loaded into the dumpster. They also hauled some miscellaneous outdoor furniture with no problem. The entire dumpster was filled to the brim and hauled away with no hassle. The owner was very professional and accommodating especially since the job was bigger than he anticipated. I would recommend T&T services and use them again.

Tim stopped by on his way home. He provided an estimate for the clean up and he cleaned up the shed on the spot. Tim was prompt and efficient with the clean-up. We would use him again. Very professional. Thank you!

Speedy delivery, great service that was not rushed. We were able to take our time cleaning out the family home which was greatly appreciated.

I called Tim at around 3:30pm and he told me he had a job that evening i a town near me and he would look at what I had to get rie of and if we agreed on the cost he would take it right then. he came att 6:15pm, we mad a deal and he loaded ut the junk. My wife keep adding items so he charged me $50 more that we agreed to but it was well worth what he charged me and he did a greata job with no problems. I would highlly recommend him and would use him myself if I had junk to get rid of.

As part of an estate, we had to clear out a 4 bedroom townhouse and are now in the process of fixing it up to sell it. I called Tim on Tuesday morning and he came out later that day to give me an estimate to clear out the house and dispose of all contents, which was $500 below another estimate we got. He came out with a crew of 7 other guys the NEXT DAY and finished everything in three hours. Everyone was friendly and courteous and did a great job. I will definitely use them again!

Tim delivered both dumpsters promptly and left them close to the house. He was very responsive to replace the full dumpster.

I called Tim with almost no advance notice and he quickly got me on their schedule for weekly lawn cutting and trimming. The first cut was the same day as my call! Since then Tim's crew has cut my lawn weekly and it looks really great. The price is very reasonable and the responsiveness can't be beat. I'll be using their other services in the near future. Recommended!

Tim called me up, came out, did a quote and performed the work quickly and professionally. I'd hire him again.

I contacted them on a Friday afternoon in desperate need of a dumpster asap. None of the other companies I tried could bring it until after the weekend.They saved me because the contractors replacing my patio wereat a standstill until the dumpster arrived. He was totally pleasant and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He dropped the dumpster perfectly in a very tight spot and returned to pick it up within 12 hours of my phone call. This company provides a variety of services and based on my experience I would recommend them for any of those services they provide.

Everything went as planned, there was a short delay at the start of the job to get the stump grinder repaired, but then was completed on the day specified and was as we expected - tress grinded down into mulch. Thanks!

They did a great job would use them again

It took him several days to get back to me just to assess the job. He then suggested hauling the debris away because the piles of branches were too dense. I was initially fine with this, but after 10 days without feedback from Tim, I decided to start doing the work with a piece of rental equipment. It took me and my neighbor about an hour to grind half the debris that Tim said was too dense to work with. If the equipment had not failed, we could have probably finished the job within about 2-3 more hours. I relayed this information to Tim and requested that he come out fo finish the mulching job that I had started, Instead, he told me to contact Angie's List and request a refund. Frustrating. . .
