Description of Work: "Work done: replace polypipes. Workers were professional, did not waste time and completed the work in reasonable time. They also cleaned up the waste material completely. The completed job was excellent and I would recommend the company for any other job."

Description of Work: Many calls. After sending our to techs that could not and were not prepared what work was needed, after I explained many times exactly what I needed...I told them I was done...and moved on to another contractor. Very unhappy with their ability to take care of what I needed.

Description of Work: Installed new heat pump, air handler, and Wi-Fi thermostat. |Everything went very smoothly. Great follow up from first contact to finish. Installers were prompt and very neat with their work.

Description of Work: I have used this servicer for several years for normal maintenance and have been very pleased. However last year I met with their installation supervisor to discuss some improvements and although promised several times...I never received an estimate or any follow up and did not even get an explanation...so I am very disappointed with this aspect of the company.
