Awesome job from start to finish. Very professional, arrived on time, called back when he said he would. Didnt rush or push us into buying, took his time explaining the different types of carpet. Come install date everything went flawlessly. We love the carpets and are happy we choose Riley's Carpets.

Shawn and Mario are true professionals. Shawn helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our home. The quality of the carpet is excellent and the price was great. I will definitely call Riley's when I am ready to replace the carpet in the basement. Great job!

Shawn was contacted yesterday for an estimate to recarpet a hallway and 4 bedrooms. He was contacted via email through angies list and reponded 5 minutes later. He came to our house the very next day to measure the rooms and provide an estimate. It was 20 minutes into the consult before he suggested that the carpets were in quite good shape and recarpeting was not necessary. He was happy to recommend a carpet cleaner without hesitation. Having dealt with many pushy contractors, it is amaizing to deal with an HONEST professional that is not concerned about closing the deal. Although he did not perfom any work it was apparent he takes pride is his work as he pointed out little intricacies throughout the walk through. We may not be getting new carpet yet, but when we do out first contact will be to Riley's.

We were very pleased with the service performed by this company. Our family room carpet was buckling in several places. The company stretched the carpet, carefully removing & replacing all of the family room furnishings & removing all debris. The carpet looked brand new - they did a great job!

Shawn is great. He gives you a great deal on the carpet and does all his own installation. He and his crew are prompt, professional and do a great job. The carpet is beautiful, the installation is superb. Everything is cleaned up when they are done. I would definitely recommend him.

My wife and I wanted to install carpet over a finished basement floor covered in 12x12 tile to make the room feel warmer and more inviting, and Shawn did an exceptional job. He was always punctual, and took the time to explain the process by which the carpet and pad would be securely affixed over the tile floor. Shawn performs the install himself, which is also a plus. He and his crew also put all of our furniture back in place after the job was completed. The basement now looks great and we are most pleased.

Shawn was very responsive when I first contacted him which for me is always a good sign. We set up a time for him to come and take measurements and he showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He took the measurements and gave us a crash course on carpet and installation, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. One of the best aspects of working with Shawn is that he does the installations himself, such a genuine and honest guy who truly loves his work. When dealing with all the "carpet places", you never knows who is going to do the installation, are they employees or independent contractors. I've had carpet installed from "carpet places" before and the installers that show up sometimes seem edgy (a nice way a saying lock the up the silverware). We selected our carpet from a flooring showroom where he has access so we a lot of options. The installation went great, he and his crew are very professional. They show up on time, get the work done, clean up, and leave. The carpeting looks great and you can't see any seams. We are very happy with the work that he did, they knowledge he imparted on us, and the entire process. We would highly recommend working with Shawn and Riley's Carpet Services, A+.

Shawn Riley responded very quickly to our initial inquiry. He came when he said he would, gave us advice and a quote. We chose some of our carpet from samples he had and went to the dealer he recommended for the remainder. He contacted us when the carpet was in his possession and made arrangements to come for the installation. The only thing he asked us to do was remove knick knacks from the rooms. He and his workers arrived on time, moved our furniture including a huge television cabinet with care. Then they proceeded to remove the old carpet and install the new. They were polite, professional and the experience I had been dreading was turned into a day of relaxation for me. I was amazed that when the job was completed, they very carefully vacuumed the entire area, put the furniture back and this was all done in one day. After they left the only thing for me to do was put my decorations back into the rooms. Old carpet and padding were gone and except for pleasant memories and beautifully installed new carpet it was as though they were never here. If you want a professional job, at a great price, done by the very best then call Riley Carpet. I have recommended him to my family and friends and am now recommending him to those of you who are reading this review.

Shawn was very quick to respond to my inquiry. He provided guidance as to which carpets were ideal for our rooms based on their decor and usage. I contacted him originally on a Tuesday night and the carpet was installed within a week.

Shawn was very responsive and returned my call right away. I wanted to find a contractor that could get the work done fast before our new renters moved in. I called him on Monday and we were able to get the carpet done on Wednesday. He called me to let me know he was on his way and then the worked was done in 1 hour like he said! He cleaned up afterwards and they were on their way. The whole process was very easy! We would definitely use this company again if we ever need carpet.

Mr. Riley was great! He Understood how important it was getting my Mancave back before the holiday (4th) and got it done. Very Professional and very personable which is very important since I don't like having unfamiliar faces in my home. Sean made my family comfortable and did excellent work!

Shawn was very easy and pleasant to work with. He and Mario work very well as a team and both of which are the type of people you want to invite into your house to do work. The installation was done quickly and professionally and there were no snags. The overall effect on the look of my house is outstanding. We are looking to list our house for sale, but if it doesn't sell and we end up staying put I plan on having Shawn out to do the bedroom and basement as well. I wish all vendors and contractors were as easy to work with as this.

Ours was a smallish job, the kind a major contractor might take less than seriously, but from the moment I first contacted him to the moment he completed the work, Shawn was engaged, honest, thorough, informative and very professional. When I first called him to find out if he was available, he got back to me almost immediately (even though it was during his break on another job). He scheduled a visit for an estimate and met me the next day. He spent a good 45 minutes exploring and explaining options for solving a sort of odd design dilemma we had, offering a range of possibilities in terms of price and quality. He carried out the work as though installing carpet in a million-dollar home and when finished sent an iPhone video of what he'd done complete with voiceover explanation. Shawn appears to be about building customer relations and happy to do smaller jobs as a way of building business down the road, so he's careful to provide excellent quality. We'll use him again if the occasion arises.

I changed my mind about how I wanted the stairs done, and Shaun agreed and cut me a break on the price. Their clean-up before leaving was impeccable. I will be calling Riley's again when I am ready to replace the carpet in the basement and bedrooms. Highly recommended.

Shawn kept me informed at every step and even helped significantly reduce the cost with the carpet supplier. Shawn arrived punctually for the appointment and he measured the area and offered us an estimate after finding a carpet similar to the one we have in the house. The price seamed a little expensive but we agreed after seeing a sample the carpet he wanted to install. On the day of the installation, Shawn and his associate showed up on time and started working. Both men were very and they did an excellent job. In addition he removed the wrinkles from the carpets in two other rooms. He always responded very promptly when my wife called him and was very accommodating to her requests. We highly recommend him.
