Good experience. Very courteous over the phone, able to accomodate our work schedule. We had just bought our house, and the carpet had large wrinkles throughout. Shawn was able to stretch the carpet and repair the wrinkles without problems. Completed job efficiently, no complaints. Would recommend again.

from my first contact call i was greeted with professional, curteous and timeliness of expediting the appointment for sale and installation. i cannot tell you how pleased we are and will surely refer this company to anyone i know that would need carpet for their home.

Contacted Shawn Riley on his cell phone. Set up a time to measure. Shawn showed up right on time. He measured, we reviewed samples and he provided me a price. We set up a day to do the work. The install was performed the following week. The install looks great and I couldn't be happier . It pays to do business with small business . He is the guy that does the sale. He is the guy that is there when the work is being done. He is the guy who's reputation is on the line. There is no question what was selected and what small details were discussed. Big companies with salesman and disconnected crews often drop the ball when it comes to these details. I was very pleased with the product and the workmanship. Will call Shawn any time I need carpet in the future.

This company performed this service with the same professinalism and couresty as a million dollar job. Sometimes when there is a small job contractors will take the job and then you wait weeks before your small job is completed. Not so with Shawn Riley and his team. They were prompt, friendly energetic. I will definitely call them when I recarpet my home.

Sean arrived on time, provided a fair price and immediately went to work removing several large wrinkles in a carpet that was installed poorly by another company a few years ago. He also repaired a torn carpet by patching a leftover piece i had from the origninal work. He did such a good job that you ou can not tell where the repair is located. Sean and his assistant were professional in every way and they cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless. I would use them again without hesitation.

Sean came to inspect the problem and give me a price quote for stretching and cutting the carpet to remove wrinkles. We set the time and date for the repair and Sean and his crew were on time, professional and friendly. I moved the breakable items from the rooms, but didn't need to clear out furniture. Sean used moving pads to slide furniture to accommodate his work. When they were done the carpet looked great and the furniture was back in the correct place. He even vacuumed behind the bed and dresser for me. The guys cleaned up as they worked and didn't leave a mess. I highly recommend Sean and will use him again in the future. He is very professional and easy to work with. He and his crew were even patient with my 5 year old who asked them questions as they worked. We are going to do some work in the basement and Sean will be my first call for new carpet.
