Travis was hired to be our "Sellers Agent" when we recently listed our Baltimore rowhouse. Prior to listing the property, Travis conducted a market analysis to help inform the asking price, and made thoughtful recommendations for things we could do to help the home "show" better. He coordinated with a professional photographer to photograph the property and incorporated them seamlessly into the online listing, all without us having to lift a finger. After the property was listed online, Travis offered to host an open house, and even brought coffee and donuts! He went put of his way on multiple occasions to let potential buyers into the house when their own agent showed up late. Within two weeks of listing, we received multiple offers and ended up selling for more than the original listing! Once the house was under contract, Travis continued to represent us by coordinating with the Home Inspector, the fix-it guy (to expedite some minor repairs) and was always very professional as we worked through all of the paperwork - which was a snap with the online document signing software he uses. When the buyer's financing fell through with 10 days to closing, we thought the whole deal might fall through. Travis really made some magic happen...and worked with a new financial group to make the deal happen. We were able to keep our original closing date....and even that went smoothly with Travis's help! At every turn, Travis was there with great insight, advice and know-how.....we couldn't have done it without him!

I highly recommend working with Travis. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he walked us through the process and answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. In all of his actions it was clear he had our interests in mind. His knowledge about construction and the Maryland real estate market is vast, which we considered an added value when comparing homes, locations, finishes, materials, HVAC systems, etc. He was responsive and timely in all meetings and correspondence. He has relationships with title companies, mortgage brokers etc. which he is happy to recommend but not pressure you to use; Travis did a good job providing information then allowing (requiring) us to make decisions on our own. In the end we found a house that is perfect for us and we are ecstatic!

My husband and I highly recommend Travis as a buyers real estate agent. He was responsive to all of our questions and concerns from the first conversation to the day of closing. Travis arranged house viewings around our hectic schedule. He even helped with transportation to those viewings. With having only one vehicle, Travis would pick my husband up from work and bring him to the house viewings allowing a greater amount of time to look at properties during day light hours. His willingness to help with transportation communicated to us that he was an agent who valued the needs of his clients. Travis did not push the sale of a house on us, rather he guided us through the positive and negative aspects of each property we toured. He was professionally neutral with his thoughts of the properties while communicating any problematic structural or visual aspects of the property. We felt that we could have an open and honest conversation about each property in front of Travis while in the property. Once we narrowed our search, Travis guided us through the contract process. I asked a million questions and dissected each paragraph in the contract and sales documents. Travis was patient with my questions. If he did not have an answer immediately, he found the answer I needed in order to understand the contract to the best of my ability. We ended up placing a contract on our first property and then pulling it out due to new structural concerns found after visiting the property post hurricane. We shortly thereafter placed a new contract on a property in the same neighborhood. The contract process went rather smoothly. There were emotional negotiations that I believe are present in majority of home purchasing/selling situations. During those times, Travis remained emotionally neutral and was able to help us see past the moment. With his cool-mindedness I believe we were able to purchase our house at a price that we were happy with and the seller was slow to accept due to the lower than asking amount. But at the end of the day, I believe both the seller and buyer (us) were happy with the transaction. The seller is one of our new neighbors, making the transaction process a soft line to tread. Travis was punctual for every appointment. He gave recommendations for appraisals, title companies and a variety of repair/contract companies. Once again he did not push anyone in particular, rather gave options and urged us to do the research we needed to do in the selection process. With Travis' previous expereince in home renovations, I felt confident going into a house knowing what could and could not change structurally within the house. I was also confident in knowing he would communicate any structural concerns. I recommend Travis to everyone, when I hear they are starting the home purchase process.

We have bought and sold eleven homes, so we certainly have gotten to know a lot of real estate people, what they're supposed to do and not do, and their effectiveness and responsiveness. Travis, even though he was transacting our daugther's dwelli and not ours, is the best of the lot. Us concern for the customer and his detail were nothing short of perfection. I'd recommend him to anyone

Travis was extremely responsive, incredibly professional and always thorough when addressing my questions. His expertise in real estate kept me confident and at ease throughout the sale. If he said he would meet me at a certain time he was always on time. I have already suggested that family, friends and neighbors contact Travis if they plan to put their house on the market.
