Description of Work: My AC was not working. It had no cool air even it was running for hours. Initially I had someone from a well known company to come check it out. The guy was very rush and did not want to take time to find out what was wrong with it. Right the way he told me I need to replace the whole AC system based on the fact the AC is 12 year old. It would cost me around $6000.0 I was shock!!! My friend told me to check out Angie's list . I purchased a ticket of service for $49 from Maryland |Air and heat to have someone come out to check out the problem AC. Right the way they contacted me through Angie's list website, set up appointment. On the day of appointment , Cris from Maryland Air&Heat came right on time. He was very polite, sincere , nice plus goog looking. He got to work right away. With in less than 5 minutes he found leaks in the cooling coil. He fixed it with in an hour . Unfortunately the leaks were not sealed. We had to replace the whole Cooling coil the following week. Now my house is cool!!! |Cris is very good in what he does. He is well responsible. He takes time to explain things in such a way I feel so comfortable as though he is a family member. All my anxiety /fear of getting riff off we're gone . I'm a very picky person, but definitely would recommend this company to anyone out there who needs this type of service. Cris did an excellent job. He was very profession from beginning to the end. Ask for Cris next time. I plan to have this company provide service to my AC and heat in the future.
