The tech quickly discovered that the capacitor was blown in addition to the broken fan blade. Because of the age of the unit, the tech stated that he would need to locate a fan blade unit. He left to locate the blade and returned in a little over an hour with a fan blade and capacitor, swiftly made the replaces and had the central AC unit back in business.

The technician arrived a little after the end of the estimated arrival window I was initially provided. Apart from that one gripe he was very friendly, courteous, and professional, and did a bang-up job. He discovered a valve leak that likely existed the last time we had the system refilled, and repaired it. I would definitely use this company again.

It went well. The job was fast and straight to the point. Now the heating cooling work just fine.

Our experience was very nice. Scheduling an appointmetn was great. There was one technician here doing the work and he was nice to work with.

I e-mailed Maryland Heating & Air LLC at night and asked for the appointment on the next day. First thing in the morning they informed me that I can have someone over the same day. It was very convenient because it was extremely hot and uncomfortable in me house with broken AC. Technician called me about 30 mins before arriving and arrived promptly after that. He was able detect problem almost immediately and fix it. He had spare part available in the track so there was no need for second app. It took him about 30 mins to fix the problem and I could return back to work. Overall I am completely satisfied with the service that I've received from Maryland Heating & Air LLC and would definitely recommend it!

It turned out fine! It took probably maybe an hour and half. It took awhile for the freon to be added because it was clearly very low. It needed to be almost totally refilled. The individual showed me all the meter readings so I felt okay with everything.

It went great. They were able to resolve the issue. They had to replace the capacitor and it was over $250. The pricing was more than expected. They diagnosed the issue quickly and they were prompt with replacing the coil. They were courteous and professional.

I purchased a Diagnostic Service Call through angies list in $49.0 including everything. Technician came and after checking things found out that it needs more cooling agent. I asked the price and he game me price for per gallon. He did good job with the work but during payment. He charged for his time (labur) seperately including the time he spent in travel, which he did not tell me before doing the job. I was assuming that since he came to provide me a service call under a deal therefore his time is already taken care in that deal. He should only charge for the extra time he spent in refilling the colant, which is about 30-40 mint. But instead he charged me for 1 hour 45 min. Just to mention that he spent 30min. time in his truck to make the receipt, I hope he has not added that time in his calculation. I did complain about it and he did say that he will not charge for that time but at the end nohting changed. I was not in the mood to argue with him in that heat. Overall, I felt that he did good job in the service but I felt cheated in price. He should have told me about the extra labour charges before the service itself. In summary, angies list deal went ineffective and I ended up paying more than what I would have paid directly to some other service provider.

It turned out fine. Communication with the technician was pretty clear. The unit has been working fine since.

The experience went well. The original technician was replaced by Chris, due to illness, so the company had to do a lot of rearranging to cover the other guy's appointments for the day. Chris was very professional and he explained everything in detail and I was satisfied.

This was a difficult problem to figure out. It was one that was left behind by another, different provider who did not have the experience or interest to get to the bottom of. Chris with Maryland Heating & Air took the time to "run it to the ground"; that is, figure it out. After methodically testing and collecting all the data and history, and applying correlative thinking, he recognized it as a rare and obscure problem he had seen once before. The previous company had created this problem, unknowingly and unintentionally perhaps; but without understanding what they had caused. Chris had the expertise and patience to think it out. Maryland Heating & Air is my new go-to HVAC service provider.

Maryland Heating & Air LLC was great from the start. From the moment I called they were polite and ready to take care of the situation. We found out that the service we thought we needed we didn't need.

The technician who performed this work was extremely diligent. I explained the work he was doing and showed me the 'before & after results'. Very pleased with the work performed!

Exceptionally well. They were very responsive and fixed our non-functioning AC unit quickly. Chris explained everything at the right level of detail and I had full confidence that the work done was done well and no more than necessary. Created a high level of trust.

It was extremely easy to make the appointment and even on a Saturday. Technician worked on the inside and outside units and the service. I was happy with the service but I was not told about the price of the repair until AFTER he had already done the work. I had purchased a Angies List deal for the diagnosis and not knowing what the issue was a bit taken back by the overall price. Total price was just over $400

We could not be happier with all aspects of the service Maryland heating and air provided. They were very fast in getting our estimate to us, completed the work within 5 days of us accepting the contract, and were so pleasant to work with during the whole process.

My husband was actually the one home for the service. They gave the AC a charge and we were happy with the service. He also gave a diagnostic on the AC for the condition of the unit. He was prompt, timely and courteous. Scheduling was easy and they came right on time. The service went very smoothly, overall.

Contacted Maryland Heating & Air around 11am and had cool air by 1pm! My a/c unit kept tripping the circuit breaker, and I was fearing a huge repair bill. After running the diagnostics, the technician recommended replacing the capacitor and adding a pound of coolant. He explained everything very clearly and was quick and professional. I am very pleased with the response and service!

From the beginning I liked working with Chris, very easy to get along with and very willing to answer any questions I had. Everything went very well, I'm very happy with the install. They were very quick and efficient. I got just what I was expecting and just in time for summer! One thing I didn't like was they didn't pick up all the trash when they left (including water bottles), but this very minor since everything else went so well.

Had no heat. Chris came on the same day I called and identified the problem right away. Later that afternoon, Tony came with a new fan and fixed the issue within two hours. Professional guys.

The Technician arrived earlier than expected and completed the necessary work in a very timely manner. The unit {Heat Pump} is now working very efficiently and none to soon since Winter is around the corner and we have had some pretty cold temperatures already. Overall, I am very pleased with his friendly and professional manner.

Chris was AWESOME!!!! Very professional and personable from beginning to end. He took the time to walk me through his process and what he was looking for. When he noticed an issue, he made me aware, showed me what it was, and how to fix it. He encouraged me to ask questions, which I definitely took advantage of. Chris spoke from experience and advised me on what my system did and did not need. At no point in the appointment did I feel as though he was trying to get me to spend more money than I needed to. I will certainly call them again!!

Tech was very thorough, prompt, courteous and explained the entire results and recommendation. This was part of my home owner maintenance plan and I will certainly call on them for my annual inspection of our heating and cooling system.

Mr. Langston is very professional and provides quick and quality service. We will definately call them again with any heating/air conditioning needs.

They were quick to come and check on our A/C unit that was not working. The technician was able to evaluate the problem and found out that it was actually a blown breaker. The technician did not charge us for this visit as he was able to quickly assess the problem. He even stayed for a little bit to make sure it got back up and running and we were getting cool air through our vents. This was the second time we used this company, and we definately will use them time and time again, and are happen to refer to all my friends and family!
