They were able to schedule us quickly and we liked how he explained their procedure. It was a small crack that had leaked one time, only a little, so we was scared off by other companies proposing crazy repairs, drilling into the floor, etc. So we were relieved when Floodbusters proposed something more reasonable and in line with what home repair experts were proposing online. The price was a little higher than some quotes, but we liked them and they gave us a better deal when we asked them if they could go lower. The guys were a little late on the day, but they did call to say they were running late. The repair on the wall was quick and the sump pump install was even quicker. They both did a great job. Be prepared that there is a little dust after they repair a crack, so move anything you can ahead of time. They did cover everything with plastic and tried to keep it clean, but dust just travels easily. We were impressed and would use them again.

They did a pretty good job. They do scheduling fast to come out and do the work. They said they would be here in a month or 3 weeks. Floorbusters came out on Tuesday and they did the job on Friday.

The price they quoted me was about $6000. The quote was too high. The fix was completely 180 from what the other three people had said. Their fix maybe was a valid fix; it just did not go along with what the others were saying. The guy that came out to do the estimate was pretty clean and he wasn’t real experienced. He came out pretty quick. He was also very professional.

The guy who came out was nice. He was professional. I didn’t have any problems with him. They had different plans like economy plan, basic plan and things like that. I noticed that their price was structured. He gave me different options. He wasn’t salesy. I would not contact them again in the future; I would like to go with a provider who is lower in cost.

We have had a super dry basement, never any problems since the job was done. Best ten thousand dollars I have ever spent. After spending years in the basement with a dry vac getting water out of the basement, I'm not sorry for doing this at all. We didn't have a drop of water after the big snow storm we had last year. I was impressed with how quickly they did it. Once they showed up all of that was done in three days. We moved where our sump pump was because where it was wasn't working and so they closed that up and put the new one in. They were fast, they came in, did the work, were reasonably clean, and their follow up was good. They were a good company to deal with, I would recommend them. It's expensive but what they do works. They did a good job. They weren't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either.

Their prices were fair and they were reliable. They come back every year to do servicing.
