The owner/estimator did an excellent job communicating to us what capacity we needed. The job was communicated well to his installers. They knew exactly what they needed to do. The installers were very punctual, courteous and did their work with minimum interruption to our household. As for the price, we felt that this price was very appropriate as we had gotten 3 quotes. One was identical, another was higher. We went with Albright's because we had dealt with them in the past.

Albright's Mechanical Services Incorporated is a company we've used for years. They are very dependable and good to come out for emergencies. I've never had a problem with them being late. They are reliable and accommodating. We pay them annually. They also do our plumbing work.

Discovered at 9 PM that hot water heating system was not working. Contacted 24 hour emergency service, they told that due to the number of emergencies they had received that someone would contact me in the morning for scheduling. Received call at 7:30 am and was told someone would arrive before noon. A truck arrived at my door by 8:30 am (good show!). The system is located in a crawl space under the house. The plumber had no problem working in the space. He initially diagnosed the problem as a bad control. He replaced the control and found that the system did not have enough pressure to work properly. A reduction control valve was replaced and some piping was rerouted. The system still did not work. Attempted to bleed the system of air. Decided some part of the system had frozen (we were experiencing single digit temperatures). He proceeded to take his torch and crawl under the house to reach the pipes exposed in the crawl space. Found the problem pipes and left at 7:30 PM.

The furnace sounded noisier than previously. I called and got an appointment for the time that I wanted. Unfortunately, they were running behind on this very chilly day and, though scheduled for 8am-12pm, the service person did not arrive until 3:40 pm. He was courteous and checked out the furnace, oiled the fan motor and checked the duct work. I was pleased with his work. He said he would probably be working until 9pm. as they were very busy.

I HAD COMPARED PRICES WITH OTHER COMPANIES & ALBRIGHT WAS DEFINITELY BETTER. THEY TREATED ME WELL & GOT MY NEW FURNACE UNIT INSTALLED WITHOUT A HITCH.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IMPRESSED WITH THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PROFESSIONALISM THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THOROUGH WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND ISSUES THAT CONCERN THE UNITS.

ALBRIGHT'S DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LEAVING LINT ON THE GRASS OUTSIDE. THEY EDUCATED ME ON NUMEROUS THINGS TO TAKE CARE OF MY NEW CONDO (DIFFERENT THAN A HOUSE IN MANY WAYS).

THE SERVICE WAS GOOD, THEY CAME IN HAD TO TEAR OUT SOME OF THE CEILING TO GET TO THE PIPING. THIS WAS SOMETHING I WAS NOT COUNTING ON. THEY REPLACED THE TOILET WITH AN UPGRADED STYLE WHICH WORKS GREAT. THEN RECOMMENDED A COMPANY THAT COULD REPAIR THE CEILING.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED. THEY DID AND EXCELLENT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED.
