It went amazing they did the ac in my attic it was leaking and badly done mess and they replace the system smaller and works better and clearly and carefully installed and very organized vents and ducts .They did a best job in patching and fixing the leak when it came from the patch they did exceeded all the the exception and they were good I like them a lot and they were great .

We had just purchased a house that had polybutylene pipes throughout. There were suspect areas in a few spots. Rather than waiting for something to burst, we decided to be proactive and have the pipes replaced. The estimate process was easy and they explained everything up-front. I received the estimate in a day. I had called other plumbing companies for estimates but they didn't show up. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work involved and accepted it. Scheduling was easy and they had a cancellation so they were able to get to my job sooner. Work was done efficiently and quickly. I knew holes needed to be cut in the walls and ceilings to place the new piping. They did their best to do the job as neatly as possible and I was able to patch things back up quickly. I would highly recommend Albrights"s Mechanical Services for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Went very well. I got out of church and a tenant called me and was very upset that the shower pipe broke. Within 45 mins, Albrights tech was out fixing the problem on a Sunday!

This is a reoccurring issue with my AC. Albright's has always come out right away and fixed my issue. Technician was awesome and went above and beyond to help. He also set my condenser so that this problem would not allow it to overflow next time. Highly recommend. I have always been exceptionally please with Albright's work.

From Sara, their Customer Service rep, who did a fantastic and personable representation of the company, to Adam, the Technician who serviced my system, they did an outstanding job of my complete customer satisfaction. Wasn't sure what to expect, but "Wow", they are great!! Informative, courteous, friendly and professional all the way!

The first technician did not diagnose that the Freon was low and only cleaned coils. Said it would take a few hours to cool and if it doesn't they would come out immediately. Paid for emergency service at this time. It did not cool and they were unable to respond that same evening even though I called in advance and before they closed. 5 month old with one kidney does not do well in heat and I would have expected them to respond quicker. Second tech diagnosed the problem correctly and unit appears to be running normal

Justin, the technician, was extremely professional, efficient and diligent. Issue was resolved instantly. He also provided me with preventative measures I could use to not have this issue again. I appreciate his honesty and hard work.

I believe I was charged for an extra hour but I did not make a complaint

The technician called within 10 minutes of my call to Albright's to give me a time he would be there. The technician was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He found the problem and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. I will call them again!

It was not an emergency as I also have a wood stove for heat, so I told them it could wait until the work week. They arrived first thing Monday morning and thoroughly checked the entire system - both the indoor and outdoor units - and had it up and running within the hour. Only charged the minimum service charge. That was 5 months ago and I've had no further problems.

PRIMO experience. Estimator gave a fair price. Techs arrived exactly at the appointed time. They were very professional and hard-working. The very first thing they did was roll protective plastic on the carpet throughout the house. This was a very good experience.

Did not get an estimate done. It would have cost $95 just to get it. They were very nice but I was on hold for roughly 10 minutes.

From my initial phone conversation with the company representative to describe the problem through the completion of the repair, I was very impressed with this firm. The phone rep was pleasant and helpful. The technician was extremely prompt and all business in getting in touch, arriving at my home, and getting my air conditioner back in good working order. He explained the cost of the service visit up front, then got right to work identifying and fixing the problem. Total time from making my initial call to completion of the emergency repair was just over an hour, and this was on a Sunday morning. Based on my experience, I'll be calling Albright's again. They've proven that when I need them, they'll be here.

They did not do a good job. There was a lot of stuff left in the vents; a lot of it very big stuff. They used a long vaccum hose that had individual wires that flopped around. That is all that they did. They did not visually check inside the vents before or after the cleaning. They did not clean up at the outlets. The largest part of the bill was for the cleaning of the vents, not the repair. The repair was ok. However, the cleaning of the vents was not ok.

They are quick, and are here when they say they will be here. When I had a problem, they have all the parts to fix it. The technicians are friendly.

Albright's was my third estimate, and by far the most reasonable one I received. Don Albright scheduled a morning time for my estimate, was prompt, and knew exactly what I needed after about 15 minutes, answered all my questions and some I didn't even think off, took the measurements of my house, called me about 2 that same day quoted me a price. He told me because of the time of year he would check his schedule and see when they could start. The other 2 companies told me they probably could not start until the end of the summer I think they just didn't want to do the job. Don Albright called me 2 days later which was a Thursday, and said they could start Monday morning and should take a week. He sent two men, worked 8 hours each day were polite, trustworthy and very knowledgeable and efficient. The heat in the attic never slowed them down and made all adjustments needed for my unit to work efficiently. The job actually took 7 work days but that was fine with me, because I felt they were doing everything correctly. They cleaned up any mess daily and answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. The general manager Rob took care of all my financing, and rebate forms all I had to do was sign. My only regret is that I didn't do this years ago, but my wife I are very happy we had Albright's Mechanical do this project. There slogan says it all; "It's Alright With Albright's".

I WOKE UP AND FOUND NO HEAT, I CALLED 3 OTHER CONTRACTORS THEY ALL COULD NOT GET TO ME UNTIL 5 DAYS. THEN I CALLED ALBRIGHTS, ASKED WHEN I WOULD LIKE THE SERVICE, I SAID NOW WOULD BE GOOD, THEY SAID, WE WILL BE RIGHT OVER. 20 MINUTES TECH WAS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR. WWWOOOOW GREAT . TECH CAME IN AND FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT WAY. WHILE HE WAS WORKING IS ASKED ABOUT A SERVICE CONTRACT. HE SAID IT WOULD BE $ 165.00 FOR MY GAS FURNACE AND AC UNIT. HE TOLD ME IS I WANTED TO SIGN UP NOW THEY WOULD WAIVE THE $90.00 SERVICE CALL FEE, WHAT A GREAT DEAL HOW COULD I TURN IT DOWN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. HONEST SERVICE IS HARD TO FIND. HE COULD HAVE EASILY CHARGED ME THE $90.00 SERVICE FEE PLUS THE $165.00 SERVICE CONTRACT. FAST, RELIABLE, HONEST, NEEDLESS TO SAY I SIGNED UP FOR THE CONTRACT.

I contacted several companies and they could not come out to even look at it until 5 days out. When I contacted Albright's they came out that morning and fixed my issue in no time flat! The service technician even took the time to check out my unit inside my home to make sure that was working properly and efficiently.

We got 4 quotes and they were the most reasonable. Arrived on time, worked 10 hours and completed the installation in one day. The techs were friendly, polite and knowledgable. When there was a question about something, it was resolved quickly and amicably. It all seems to be working great.

I am hoping it will run efficiently when I start it for the winter. He was very friendly and seemed fair. His price was reasonable. I felt very comfortable with him. I will give him a call back if my furnace doesn't work correctly.

We had a service contract with an oil company, but their service contract became high. So we dropped that and we received service from Albright?s for much lesser price per visit. Hence, I feel that their price is fair and considerate. It?s in the middle of the road and there?s no bargain. I am pretty pleased with it. My interaction with them has been very efficient and positive. They show up on time and they seem to do a good job. I have been pleased with whatever we have done with them. They are a good local company.

Overall, the service went well and the guys did a very good job. My only complaint is that repeated trips up and down the the attic hatch stairs broke one of the springs, resulting in a hatch that would not close properly. One call to the office brought Don Albright out to take a look at it. He took it back to the shop and I was told that he would fix and get back to me. Follow up phone calls have not resulted in any solution to the problem. The hatch is still not fixed. I think I was blown off.

Repairman found that overflow pipe was plugged, cleaned pipe and showed us how to keep it from happening again without making us feel like a pair of "dummies" for knowing how to maintain the system.

They did some repairs in the air-conditioning a couple of years ago. Since then we have had a contract with them on a yearly basis. I don't know what the contract is. The quality of service is what stands out to me about the company. My experience is that they were competent, trustworthy, and fair priced. I would use them again in the future.
