Excellent service by a knowledgeable and professional service technician. Took his time to discuss the problem and thoroughly answered all of my questions.

I had replaced my system in May and called with a problem. They were able to send someone out the next day. Who fixed the problem. Kevin was professional and very careful caring the ladder around inside my house. Everything was under warrantee so there was no cost.

EXCELLENT JOB!! As background, my mother-in-law's HVAC unit was frequently tripping the circuit breaker in the home she had just purchased. After 1 electrician and 3 HVAC service technicians (all provided by the Home Warranty Services company), the problem was still occurring despite assurances that there were no problems with the HVAC unit. We then contacted Holtzople instead of dealing with the HWS company, and Kevin K. from Holtzople was able to diagnose and document the HVAC compressor problem (circuit overload due to excessive lock rotor amperage) in 5 minutes! We opted for purchasing a new HVAC unit rather than trying to fix the 10-year-old unit. Holtzople took care of everything...installation was quick, painless, and exactly as described. The unit works perfectly and my mother-in-law loves the programmable controls and the energy efficiency of the new unit. Would highly recommend Holtzople and plan to use them again in the near future when we convert the garage into additional living space.

Nothing happened becuase he was late. It says a lot about the character of the company. They didn't respect my time or money. I had other appointments to attend to that today.

From the telephone staff, to the speed with which they came to my home, to the great technician, I received fantastic service. I had them back this fall to inspect and maintain my heat pump for winter. I rate their service exceptional in every way.

customer service was excellent. Melissa, our sales rep, was very responsive & very diligent about following up with our insurance company. Kelly, the appointment scheduler, was very thorough. The team (Matt, Tyler, & Chris?) that installed the system was very polite, thorough, and tested everything once installed. we would definitely use Holtzople Heating And Air Conditioning again and will be looking in to getting a maintenance agreement with them.

We had requested an appointment to obtain a quote. They responded the same day and the appt. was scheduled within the week. We were looking for a specific brand of furnace and they educated us on what each of the brands provide. They also explained which systems qualified for energy rebates, 0% APR and the impact It was all done without pressure to purchase a certain brand or to spend the most money. We felt we had more options to make the best decision possible. All of this information was provided the same day. We had 4 other vendors provide quotes and Holtzople provided the best overall options. Even though other folks offered a less expensive option, when we added all the pieces and parts together, they were the best bargain. The instal was scheduled a week later. They arrived on time and took the time to explain what they were going to do. These gentlemen were just amazing. They were courteous, neat and took the time to move the new and old pieces in and out of my house without harming our hardwood floors or walls. When they were done, they walked me through each piece of new equipment and new thermostat. They provided absolutely the best service. They system has worked without any problems.

I got a call after an hour and half telling me what he did and what they are pricing up to replace. In the mean time they did service work without my permission now they want $490. +/- dollars. No phone calls tell me how much any service cost or asking me if it was ok to perform these task. So, the bottom, I paid for work I didn't get the opportunity to know how much each task was going to cost me before it was done. They raped me for $490. +/- dollars. I will not use them again. I advise you others to ask for there pricing up front. They should have told me about there cost before doing anything.

Rick was the sales guy who came out to meet with me. He was very polite and very informative regarding what we had, what would fit. When he came out, he explained it would be about an hour to review our system and go over the different products, making sure to match us up with something that would suit our needs/budget. We explained our goal to sell our house in the near future and that we didn't want to spend a ton for a top-shelf model and he completely understood. His approach didn't change at that fact like it did with other companies where you felt like you were getting bottom of the barrel (i.e. A Carrier sales guy comes out and offers you his 3rd rate sister company versus a carrier system). Rick came out selling Trane and had a Trane system for us that worked. The price given to us was by far the best with other estimates and what stood out was the amount of time and professionalism in the write up. Some guys wrote their estimate on a blank sheet of paper, no model numbers, just prices. Rick had every part #, every model #, so it was easy to go back and look up later. He left us plenty of documentation too to review. On the day of install, the two gentlemen showed up and were very nice and polite. Like Rick too as I forgot to mention, they always took their shoes off or put on sleeves over their boots when they came in the house. It was an all day job and there wasn't an issue with the install. The unit worked great for us! Rick came out a couple weeks after the install to check out the system and look over the work. Again, he was very polite and it wasn't just an eyeball lookover. He told us would be about an hour to look it over and ask us questions about the install. The install even included a maintenance account for the first year on the system that transferred to the new owner (given we sold our house). Overall, we were very pleased with the result. We moved a couple months later and the first people I called to check out my new HVAC system was Holtzople. I even setup a maintenance account with them for my new house.

I'm a quality/customer service/professionalism kind of guy so Holtzople hit all of my "feel good" buttons. From setting the appointment to installation to follow up, Holtzople exceeded my expectations.

Excellent. I called these folks Saturday 8am because my heat pump was no longer cooling the house. Saw them on Angies List highly recommended. Even though it was Saturday a technician was at the house within 4 hours. The compressor was shot and the system was old and no longer viable. The technician called an estimator, and he was there that afternoon (once again - on Saturday). He provided estimates on the spot for various configurations. We picked one and he said they could put it in Monday. Wow. They came Monday 8am and did the whole job in one day. All the folks were neat in appearance and professional in demeanor. The job was well executed on time with no surprises on price.

Our family had used another company for years to provide our semi-annual inspection on our heating and cooling system. We were not happy with the service that this company provided for the customer service was substandard. An issue arose and this company wanted to replace our system but at the time it was less than 5 years old. My husband believed that there was a simpler explanation to the problem. We called Holtzople Heating and Cooling to find out the exact problem only to find out that there was a much simpler reason and the technician resolved the issue. We have always had a good experiences with Holtzople. They always call to inform you that they are on their way and if early ask your approval to come earlier than the scheduled appointment time. The service technicians have always been polite, friendly, positive and very professional. They have always provided efficient and exceptional service and take great care as to no track dirt into our home. They also take great care in explaining any issue that may arise and to explain all the options in simple terms. We sign an annual contract every year and the price is very reasonable. The same holds true for the office staff. They are always friendly, polite and courteous. We will continue to utilize Holtzople and have strongly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

The initial appointment was missed due to a holdup at a previous client's residence but a phone call was not provided to inform of the delay. Due to my work schedule, I had to leave and reschedule for another day. Holtzople was very apologetic and offered a free Saturday service. Upon arrival, the technician, Kevin, put on boot covers before entering the house and did a very thorough cleaning of the system. The technician was even able to repair a previous issue that occurred with the installation of the furnace the year prior and get the humidifier operational. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Holtzople's service and would highly recommend!

Great we have been using them for years and are very easy to work with

It went good, as usual. The tech, Chris, was pleasant, professional, and informative. All the other techs that have come were just like Chris. He brought to my attention that we had some sort or mold or bacteria in our heater! No wonder I have had such problems with my eyes, throat and mouth! In February (when we have the money) we plan on having a UV light installed and a humidifer.

We are in our third annual maintenance contract with Holtzople, and each year they demonstrate their competence and professionalism from beginning to end. They send e-mail and phone reminders when it is time to schedule our semi-annual maintenance appointments. When I call to schedule, the receptionist is very courteous and finds a convenient time for our appointment window (3 hours, I believe). The technician calls when he is on his way. The technician is always professional and courteous. He communicates well about the work he has done, and always answers our questions in a clear way that we can understand. When repairs have been needed, he clearly explained why they were needed and explained any options available. We feel that we receive excellent value for a reasonable cost. Our HVAC system is aging (16 years old), and I trust the Holtzople technicians to keep it as safe as possible, and to recommend when it should be replaced. When I was looking for an HVAC company, Holtzople was recommended by a number of neighbors, and now I am in a position to highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC maintenance, repairs or replacement.

As always, the fall and spring heating and AC system check is done with professionalism and a smile. We moved into our house 12 years ago in the fall. In the middle of winter, after hours and on a weekend our heater went out. We had no heat and we were in the midst of very cold temperatures. I called 4 other heating companies for service and was informed since I did not have a service contract they could not come out to fix my furnace. I called Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning and was told they would work me in after all their service contract customers. The technician arrived on the Saturday, well after dark. He was efficient and pleasant and fixed our furnace! I signed up for the yearly maintenance service contract that day.! I have renewed it with Holtzople for the last 11 years. In addition to the twice yearly check up when our furnace or AC needs repaired, a technician is dispatched as quickly as possible and fixes the problem. The technicians always call before coming, wears shoe covers when inside and explains in layman's terms what was wrong and how it was fixed. The tech will give me possible projections of how much longer my system may last and costs for a replacement systems so I won't have sticker shock. I recommend this company when ever I am able.

They are very positive in all respects. They are always very friendly and always cost effective. They are neat and always show up on time. They always call ahead. They are very dependable and have never missed an appointment. I have recommended them in the past to my friends and I will definitely continue to use them.

Really couldn't find a problem. Ran some checks and refilled freon. It has worked since.
