I’ve used Holtzople in the past, and it’s been 16 years since they’ve come out to look at my Trane heat pump. They hire good human beings. Corey W. Was out most recent tech, with a total of 12 years experience. Quality employee, great HVAC knowledge, and has the ability to explain a complex system to his audience. Holtzople continues to impress with the caliber of the employees they hold.

The man who came out to fix our heat was very nice but the same night it stopped working again text him the next morning like he told me I could do if we had any problems. We paid $587 and now am being told if it’s “something else“ we have to pay for that as well just seems to me like they can say it’s anything to get the price up. Now we have no heat once again and with my schedule and the schedule they have for weekends don’t coincide. So now we are waiting till Monday for them to come back and with a new price.

Brian & Austin came today to do my bi-annual maintenance on my Heat Pump system installed by Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning in 2020. I have never had the pleasure of having such a respectable group of people come to work inside my home in my life. They are very knowledgeable in their field, detailed in their services and clean and professional from the moment they come in the front door until they pull out of my driveway. They also offer a very affordable bi-annual maintenance contract (Heating & Cooling Season), so no fees are required at time of appointment(s) unless uncovered parts are necessary. Holtzople replaced my outside and inside HVAC units in one day. The techs performed professionally and did a very neat job. They came back a second day to finetune the unit and all is well. It is a big investment that I put in good hands. Now, I can rest easy.

We have been using Holtzople for our heating and cooling needs for several years now. Everyone we've interacted with has been professional, personable and knowledgeable. In addition, the technicians and sales people have been good with our bouncy dogs when they came into the house. Today was the same. Our technician Tim S. was thorough, personable and knowledgeable as we anticipated. He suggested we check the filter more regularly than our thermostat prompts because the gas furnace fan was getting dirty. All of that describes what we expect from Holtzople technicians. Tim FAR exceeded expectations though. While he was working, our dog started barking at something in the back yard. I went out to discover a not quite dead, mangy groundhog. Tim offered to take care of it for me, which he did. Definitely not in his job description!! Huge thanks to Holtzople for their excellent service and good sense to hire excellent people. Even bigger thanks to Tim for removing the groundhog for me!!

The service technician (Corey White) did a great job. He thoroughly explained the issues with the systems in my new home. He was extremely professional and even stayed late to complete all of the required work. I was very impressed and will definitively use Holtzople again in the future.

Corey was great. He was on time for the appointment and He called about a 15 minutes pit to give us a time update. Very efficient and respectful with our time before and after the service.

Holtzople honored my request for an appointment after 2pm. Corey called 10 minutes prior to arriving and went right to work inspecting my ac system. He discovered some build up (he didn't call it mold because he doesn't have training in identifying mold but I'm referring to it as mold) on the coils, which he cleaned. He showed me the "mold" inside the coil cabinet and provided options and literature for a UV light resolution without pressure to make an immediate decision. His inspection discovered the system was 2 lbs low on refrigerant. He filled it and noted the level for comparison during the next inspection. Since the ac system was poorly installed several years ago by a different HVAC firm, there's a question if there's a leak or the system wasn't completely filled when installed. I chose Holtzople last fall to replace my 24 year old oil furnace because I wanted a small, local, dependable company for HVAC services. I've found everyone from office staff to salesmen to technicians to be pleasant and focused on my needs. Equipment options are presented in a manner that isn't condescending or inpatient that a non-HVAC person can understand. I believe I've found the HVAC company I'll be using from now on.

We had an off and on issue with the furnace for 10 days. Contacted another local company and their Technician went for the old keep switching out parts until something works. Bottom line Holtzople sent out Jacob King, he called professionally 15 mins prior to arrival, got into the furnace and within 5 mins had identified that the issue was in the cleanliness of the furnace. Jacob gave solid advice and performed at the highest professional level. Thank you Holtzople for your quick response, and for sending out Jacob, we will be requesting him in the future!

The service call went fine. Had a heating unit that was tripping the breaker. Looks like it might have been loose connections.

Excellent! We did a whole house remodel in 2013 and Holtzople installed the geothermal system. Our utility costs went way down compared to our previous oil furnace and electric central air conditioning system. We then signed up for their semi-annual maintenance agreement so they send a technician out every year for a tune up and cleaning before the heating season and again before the cooling season. Big shout out to Kevin, the technician who usually performs the maintenance, for his professionalism and friendliness. For 8 years now we've been enjoying care free climate control in our home at a lower price than I ever would have imagined. I highly recommend Holtzople for their products and service and Geothermal for efficiency.

This was our third maintenance under the Comfort Club plan, and the service was again excellent. Jacob was terrific -- friendly and professional. The service techs always arrive well within the appointment window and call when they're on the way. The Comfort Club has been a worry-free way to keep our system serviced year-round.

Kevin arrived today for the Spring Preventive Maintenance service on our HVAC system that we purchased a few years ago from Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning. As always, we received an email and a phone call to let us know when the HVAC technician would be arriving. The Holtzople HVAC technicians are always very professional, clean, thorough, and polite and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions we have, and their expertise and experience are evident in the excellent service they provide.

I was searching for a Trane dealer due to unreliability of previous provider. I found Holtzople Heating and AC online and the experience has been AMAZING! Zach was the tech who arrived and he was top notched friendly, professional, he answered all my questions. I needed a part on my first visit and it cost me $0 due to my new contract. Again.. AMAZING! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great service at a great price. They make you feel like one of the "family".

This was one of my two maintenance checks per year included in my maintenance plan. Kevin arrived on time and worked efficiently. He checked my furnace and even changed my air filter! He has been my service technician many times before and always does good work.

After reviewing my quotes (3) I decided to go with another company.

Brad was excellent. It's like having one of those guys from the TV program This Old House come out and provide service. Brad was personable, polite, highly experienced and answered all my quesions with interest. This is not a one time experience either as I have used Holtzpole for the last 6 years. Highest recommendation.

The sales rep (M.S.) presented options and prepared the estimate well. She was eager but not pushy (and worked with me to identify the filter system I wanted, which was not the one they usually install). Holtzople's was the middle of 3 bids (but they had been in business longer, with more Angie's List reviews, than the lowest bidder - and they were not too much higher). They helped me get 12 month same-as-cash financing. The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently (without rushing). They completed a high-quality installation (superior to the last system installation we had done.) Pipe connections, brazing, pipe insulation, and seam-sealing was all thorough and neat. After installation, the company registered the system. The sales rep returned to the house, took care of the rebate application and presented a binder with system information. The whole team was polite, friendly, and generally seemed to know what they were doing.

Jacob K. was prompt, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. What I especially appreciate about Jacob K and Holtzople is they do not try to sell you products every time they service our home. Previous maintainers were always trying to sell us this component or that component and it was always under the guise of, "well it's not an emergency, but it could be a problem..." In the end, we couldn't trust their assessments. Holtzople only recommends when it is necessary.
