I was very pleased with the service & respect from the technician Chris Narbury. Chris has done much of the service on our heating AC unit since it was installed in 2008. He has always take the extra time to make sure that he does not make a mess in the house by putting booties on his shoes will he is inside & has also taken the time to explain new items that have come onto the market that may help our unit run better & more efficiently. During Chris's visit prior to this one he made the suggestion that we may want to consider putting surge protectors on the units & gave use a really good explaination as to why we should & how they work, so after listing to him we felt that this was a no brainer & had him install the surge protectors that day will he was here. I can not say enough good things about the staff & technicians with Holtzople they are all good poeple & really great to deal with I would strongly recommend them to any one who is looking to purcahse a new heating & ac unit or just a new service company.

I have used this company in the past at my previous home and have always found them to be professional, curious, prompt, and honest. Today's experience matched my previous experiences. The technician (Chris) arrived on time and thoroughly explained the work that he was going to perform and answered my questions regarding my HVAC system. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he explained things very well. Overall a great experience from a company that I trust.

I was truly impressed with Rick's professionalism - we would have gone with Holtzople if we had not learned about our neighbor's experience with another company who had also done work for others we knew. I felt that the estimate we received from Rick was a good price and I was happy with the experience I had with Holtzople. I would most definitely recommend anyone in need of air conditioning services call Holtzople and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other services.

We were set up to be visited for our biannual contract work on our heating and air conditioning on 10/8/12 between 9 and 11AM. I received a call at 8:50 stating that Christopher, the technician, would be arriving soon. He arrived at 9:10AM. He was friendly and personable and got right to work...no fooling around. He wore shoe protection while in the house at all times. When finished we signed the work papers and he suggested some ideas that we may want to consider to save even more money on heating this winter. He left the information with us and was off to his next customer.

The cost was much higher than I was expecting. But the service was excellent. I have used them previously and I will use them again.

They call before they will arrive. Always punctual. As stated above they wear booties over their shoes as not to bring debris into your home from outside.He installed the surge protector that we had requested . We have used this company to install our new unit and have continued with their service. They do not have a turnover in their techs and they are knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommended company.

I have used the firm for several years with service contracts for the two systems in my home. I followed Jarred Holtzopple when he left the company he was working for when he set up this company. Originally either he or one of his techs came for the service. Now one of the techs does the service. This firm has performed the service for from 7 to 10 years on the original systems. In the past two years I replaced the original systems with new Trane systems (installed by Holtzopplle). Kevin performed the maintenance service on 9/5 and was efficient and professional throughout the time he was at the house from the wearing of footies when inside the house to leaving a brochure and explaining possible additional options or services. I was reminded of the service date by phone prior to 9/5 and received a follow-up via e-mail after. I have been pleased with their service for the total time I have had them servicing my AC units.

Called Holtzpole's on 7/30/2012. Explained no air conditioning. Told a tech would come between 1pm and 4pm. service call price $89.00. Tech (Rick) called. Would be here at 4pm. Rick arrived with shoe protectors on before he came into the house. Checked everything. Informed what the cost would be. Told to fix the problem. Rick was courteous and very nice.

Jerred,s team called and emailed in early April to schedule a routine appt. We were away for a time period, and unable to respond. The team did not forget, but instead resumed contacting us in August, which is when we were able to schedule the appt. They provided us with a window of time when they would be at the house, called in advance on the day of the visit, and Kevin even pointed out an issue with a water heater that they did not install.

We don’t remember what their quote amount was but it was pretty reasonable. We decided to go with another company. We didn’t go with Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning mainly because of the quality of the product. There was nothing wrong with the people. They weren’t lousy and they were perfectly fine. They were professional and responsive. If we had liked the product, then probably we would have used them. They were good with punctuality and professionalism. We would definitely call them again if we needed a quote.

Kevin came out for our summer AC checkup. He showed up on time and was very polite. He was helpful and answered most of my questions. He put a new filter in and cleaned the dust out of our internal unit. He also checked the outside unit to make sure everything was okay. It took him about 30min. The price for this vist was a little high but I will definitely be using these guys in the fall again.

Everything went just fine. Kevin has done service before so he know where everything was and went straight to work on everything. Other than the occasional bark of our dog, you wouldn't have known anyone was there working. He was very efficient and knowledgeable.

From the initial site evaluation, cost estimates, planning and scheduling, to the outstanding installation by highly knowledgeable technicians and subsequent site clean-up, the folks at Holtzople clearly showed once again that they are a class outfit.Everything was absolutely first-rate, even answering my pesky questions during the installation <smile>. Professional, polite, committed to getting the job done right the job done right -- these folks are an easy top choice for executing any future HVAC work we may require at our house. They showed up on time, and were very task-oriented, plugging away until the job was complete, even going so far as tot leave the work area cleaner than when they arrived. This is the fourth time I've used Holtzople over the past few years, and I've been completely happy with their work each time. They've installed a heat pump (at my Mother's house), and a new boiler unit and air conditioner (other half of A/C system) in their previous jobs. In summary, Jerred Holtzople and this group of professionals have earned my trust and respect. Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning carries my highest recommendation.

Holtzople Heating and Air Conditioning has always done excellent work, from installing my two home heat pump systems to maintenance and any needed warranty repairs. The systems have perform flawlessly, over 7 years for the main heat pump and 2 years for the mini system. Holtzople is the best HVAC contractor I've found over the 35 years I've owned a home and needed such services.

I called this company at 7:30AM this morning. I spoke to a very personable and helpful staff person who set me up with service for today. The repairman came on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed the system and we are up and getting cooler already! The price seemed very reasonable to me and this was by far the most pleasurable service experience I have had in recent memory. Absolutely the best!

It went very well. I am totally satisfied. They show up on time. They do a good job. They clean up after themselves. I would consider them a class act.The guys always know what they are doing. They do not send any unqualified or slouchy people out. We have them do our periodic clean ups for our system. We are totally happy with them.
