We have purchased rugs from Main Street Oriental Market on two different occassions. In both instances we were able to find rugs that fit our needs. On both occasions this took some digging through the piles of rugs, but this was done in a highly organized fashion and without complaint. We were never rushed or pushed to make a decision. On the most recent trip Sabino and Miguel got to dig through quite a few rugs until we found what we were looking for. Sabino, in particular, was very friendly and took care to ensure that we were able to find the right rug. I encourage people to visit Main Street Oriental Rugs. The store is almost always running a sale of some sort.

We dropped off the rug and we were told it would cost $300.00 and take 2 weeks. Turns out it was a much larger problem than we though. It took a month and he did a fantastic job and honored his original quote.

The owner, Mojan Bagha, took considerable time discussing the repair, restoration, and cleaning of my rug. He was very friendly and informative, and after discussing my various options, I decided on a "super wash" deep cleaning of the carpet. There was no pressure whatsoever. In fact, Mr. Bagha steered me away from unnecessary repairs and fringe-work that might have made my carpet less desirable. I would highly recommend Main Street Oriental Carpets and found everything about the transaction very satisfactory and pleasant.

I never expected to see the rugs so brightly colored. Looked better than new. Came when they were supposed to and made sure that they were laid properly. I would definitely use them again.

Mojan's worker was very meticulous and knowledgeable. Additionally, Mojan was very responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Quality carpet and it looks fabulous! We are very pleased and would highly recommend.

Expensive but I wanted the work done by the best. The owner and staff were great! Picked up the rug on Nov. 30, 2013.

The 30 yr old rug, which has been in storage for 25 yrs, came back to life! It's beautiful! They even carried it back out to my car.

While Main Street Oriental Rugs doesn't sell cotton rugs, I brought this small rug to the store to be cleaned out of desperation after my 4 year old daughter's brand new rug got black mastic tracked all over it due to some home repairs we were doing. Mojan assisted me and after examining the rug said he thought that they could get the stains out, and that it would cost $75. I reviewed the cleaning label on the back of the rug with him to be certain that they could clean this type of rug, since it was not an Oriental rug. He said yes. When I went to pick up the rug, Mojan laid it out for me to show me that they had, indeed, removed the black stains. However, in the process, the cotton rug had discolored in the sections where they had cleaned and the once very soft cotton looped rug was now hard and crunchy in those areas. Without missing a beat, and without me asking, Mojan expressed how sorry he was and said that he would replace the rug for me, if he could find it. He looked it up on his computer and ordered a new identical rug, charging me only the $75 that I had agreed to pay for the cleaning. I don't know what Mojan had to pay for the rug, but I'm certain it was more than the $75 I had paid him as I had purchased it only the month prior for $270. I can't express enough my sincere gratitude to Mojan and Main Street Oriental Rugs. Mojan made it easy for me and offered what I consider to be 5-Diamond customer service...all without me having to ask for it or make any demands. My little cotton rug and $75 job meant nothing in the scheme of things to this business, which deals in gorgeous, very high quality rugs. However, I was treated like I was the most important customer they had. Mojan earned my business. If I ever need an Oriental rug, I will be going to Main Street Oriental Rugs!

Came to my house and moved a bed to get the rug, was on time, acted professional, and charged a competitive price. The rug was returned on the date/time promised and it looked wonderful. This was the second large rug they cleaned. Had a good both times. I will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

When I discovered the dry rot I got sick to my stomach. I didn't want to throw the rug away and I was sure no one would be willing to try to repair it. When I called Main Street Oriental Rugs, Mr. Bagha immediately made me feel much better telling me he could repair the rug. I took the rug in to his store and was told this would not be a quick fix. I was just happy someone would repair it. When I picked up the rug I was amazed that I couldn't find the area where it was repaired. The outcome was much better than I ever expected.

Excellent from start to finish. Patiently explained oriental rgus and showed us his inventory with much professionalism. Wonderful experience learning about artistry of oriental rugs and buying appropriate rugs for our home.

They did an excellent job with the rugs. They responded very quickly and showed up on time.

The rug was picked up promptly and returned within the agreed upon time frame. Included was cleaning and repair of areas at corners where the binding had become loose. Mojan convinced us that they would need to re-stitch the entire border. Within a few days of the return, we noticed there was an area of the new stitching was not attached to the rug. He also was not able to remove one stain on the rug and did not trim loose threads as we had expected. Mojan was very apologetic about the loose stitching when alerted to this and picked up the rug again and repaired it within a week. The second repair was successful, but the loose threads and the stain remain.

Great service; we were moving and he held our rugs until we could pick them up. Repaired and cleaned two carpets, very professional. We dropped off more orientals for cleaning and purchased two rugs. Very happy with all!

The service was excellent. My initial phone call was responded to promptly and politely. I was given an initial estimate over the phone. We set up an appointment so that the professionals could review our rugs and give a final estimate. These rugs had not been cleaned in some time, and one needed repair in that the binding needed to be replaced and the fringe was damaged. When the rugs were finished, the proprietor called and arranged for delivery. The rugs look beautiful! The one which was damaged looks actually as good as, or maybe even better than new!! These rugs are in the neighborhood of 40 years old and have had kids, cats and a dog to "deal" with. We are very, very pleased with the quality of the cleaning and repair and with the polite professionalism of the owner and staff!

I was very impressed with the knowledge the owner had. He even advised us as to which rugs would be worth repair and which not. I gave him our time line and he had all of the rugs ready for pickup several days before we were expecting them. It was a nice to have something checked off of our list as the moving date was getting closer.

Main Street Oriental Rugs did an outstanding job.This company came back, the french was bright and clean, the colors were vibrant and they did a really outstanding job. It was expensive but I got what I paid for.

I had used Main St Rugs 10 yrs ago when I moved to my current home and had a very satisfactory experience. Everything went perfectly. Prompt pick up and delivery, very courteous and friendly. They did a wonderful job on all the carpets, even the little one.

We dropped off the rug one evening. They kept the rug for about a week and called us when it was ready. They removed ALL traces of pet odor from the rug, and it LOOKED nicer as well. Very impressed.

We called on the recommendation of a friend. A visit to our house to see the rugs was informative, and we were given advice as to how they could be cleaned/repaired and prepared for a move. We were also given a price for the cleaning and potential repairs. We were called when they were ready, and they were displayed for us at the shop, then folded and wrapped in preparation of a move. The final price was as originally stated. The rugs looked beautiful after being cleaned, and the repairs were performed expertly.

The person I spoke with was honest in his appraisal of what repair work to do on each rug based on their general value. The rugs came back looking and feeling clean and new. The colors in the rugs were brought back to life. At the time I picked up the rugs I also purchased some pads which they promptly cut to the size of each rug. Main Street Oriental Rugs exceeded my expectations!

I called Main Street Oriental Rugs on my neighbor's recommendation. She had purchased a couple of rugs from them. I inherited an antique, beautiful Persian rug with lots of sentimental value, which needed repair (mostly the fringes were in really bad shape and there was fraying of the edges) and cleaning. I had delayed taking care of this because I wasn't sure whom I could trust. Mojan, the owner, was very accommodating, he came to my home, took his time to explain the process of repairing the fringes and other repairs, gave me a reasonable quote and had my rug delivered yesterday, with new fringes and very clean. They even reinstalled the rug under a heavy table. Great service! The service was professional and courteous and went beyond my expectations.
