Description of Work: They did the work in the time frame they promised. They were very courteous and put the carpets in my car. The rugs were clean, but they didn't lay right at first. The carpets look better after a month of being laid out in the rooms.

Description of Work: I saw the Big Deal advertised for cleaning an area rug for $90. I ordered the cleaning deal online, but when I contacted the company to set a date, they said it would be $500 for my size rug (11X13). The gentleman told me that the deal was to clean a 5X7 rug. The original deal did not advertise a specific size rug, at least not that I could find. I do not want to spend $500 to clean this rug, so I am requesting a full refund of $90.

Description of Work: They repaired an antique Oriental rug that has been in the family since the 1930's. They did good work, they were very flexible in scheduling when it was inconvenient for us to take delivery as originally scheduled and only took payment after the rug was delivered and accepted. The quality of the work was excellent and exactly as promised. It was not inexpensive but the price was worth the result.

Description of Work: Mr. Bagha and his associates came to our house, picked up close to 40 rugs of varying sizes and types, cleaned, repaired and appraised them, brought them back and put them back under furniture and a grand piano. He was courteous, professional, punctual, helpful and knowledgeable and we will certainly be back to him and his wonderfully-stocked store in Ellicott City. I will also recommend him to any of my friends who need these types of services done. And, additionally, the rugs look fabulous.

Description of Work: I am a repeat customer, and that means a lot when I say it. I was extremely pleased with the repairs I have had done as well as the cleanings. The owner is knowledgeable, honest and very reasonable in all regards. I would not go anywhere else. I don't mind traveling the hour it takes me to get there however keep in mind they do pick-up/deliver as well. I had gone to a different store who was supposed to be a friend of the family before I found this gem. Not only did the other place severely inflate the value of my rug to try and get me to do work but they ended up charging me more than double what I was quoted for the work I asked for so the contrast in ethos was stark. I am sooooo happy I found this place!
