 + -1 moreThe outcome of the services provided to me by the property manager aforded me some free time with my family and much needed personal care without the stress of managing property and people. The services were excellent! I will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I used the company Landlord Gopher as my property manager to communicate with my tenants, when they did not pay their rent, annual inspections due, maintenance needs, and etc. I did not have to go to court and file any paperwork in the event of an eviction. The representative did it all and provided me with a prompt response of the out come. The representative also helped me with a quick turn around when I had to renovate my property; which included all home improvement's and finding a suitable tenant. The representative was always courteous, followed my instructions and provided me with professionals advice. I would highly recommend this company to all of my family and friends.
