Description of Work: I had accumulated a lot of minor (and some major) damage to furniture after I adopted a puppy. In particular, he chewed on my piano, which would be difficult to transport for refinishing. Dr. Furniture was able to disguise the damage by repairing it in my living room. It is not "like new" but certainly is much better than it was before, and I didn't have to deal with transporting the piano. I do have one other item that requires complete refinishing, and Dr. Furniture was unable to help with that. They don't do refinishing, only cosmetic improvements.

Description of Work: I have a Nutuzzi couch and chair and have always had trouble with the legs which are set at an angle. They would turn and put stress on the frame becasue of their odd angle. Great looking but not built for longevity. They eventually cracked the wood frame and the bolts bent. Dr Furniture came out and strengthened the frame and reattached the legs on the chair and couch. The great this is that he had to be creative and come up with a solution on the spot. He had the right tools with him - was very efficient and showed me what he was doing and why. Loved what he did and it's been almost 6 months and all is good

Description of Work: Did okay on some new furniture I had trouble with. Did really bad on helping me with fixing furniture with a company that went out of business my husband ended up getting the furniture fixed. Dr furniture was no help at ALL..will never use Dr Furniture again.

Description of Work: I just wanted to say that I was searching Angie's List for some furniture work I needed to have done and although Dr Furniture did not do the type of work I needed he took time out of his busy day to call me back an let me know. He also gave me some recommendations as to who might do the work. Thanks Doc! A real Professional!
