The experience I had with them was better than I expected. They gave an estimate with the amount the furnace would cost. They replaced the furnace with the same model as they had told me. There was a problem when one of their installers damaged my A/c coil. They replaced it with a new coil at their own cost and didn’t charge me anything for that. When there was a problem they took care of that by themselves. They came on time and did the work as per scheduled time and the A/c is working fine. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

I just bought my home and found the HVAC just didn't cool the home when I used it for the first time. It was hot these days, the goodman air handler kept running, but the temperature just kept 82. I called goodman customer service and All American is in one of their qualified list. I decided to give them a try. Their price is $75 per half hour + Material. This "professional" came in a rush. He seemed having another appointment very soon so he didn't check the inside furnace at all, went to the outside condenser directly and told me he think there's a leak. He told me that I either charge the freon or replace the condenser because he didn't like the sound coming from it. It was a hard choice for me because he's not sure the problem. I can't do nothing because 1 I have to pay him $75 anyway, 2 It was too hot to wait. I reluctantly let him charge the freon. He did it pretty quickly and ready to leave. I asked him to take a look at the inside furnace before leaving, he finally did "look" at it, touch nothing, told me every looks fine. He ended up charging me $28/pound for the freon, plus labor totally $190 and left. The problem seemed solve when he was charging the freon, but didn't work in 3 days. I don't want to waste my another $75 asking them to come again, so I called another service provider. They spent about 3 hours, found the problem in the furnace, charged the part, changed the speed of the furnace to the higher level, charged freon again definitely more than 3 pound and charged me $180. That's why I write this report, hope it helps someone have the same problem with me.

I was extremely pleased with the price that I was quoted to replace both my furnace and air conditioner with Trane units. I contacted the company on Friday to order the necessary equipment and was extremely pleased to have it installed the following Monday. The installation and cleanup was performed in a professional manner

I called All American because our furnace quit. I had also called other places, but All American went out of their way to come the same day to look it over. The owner was very pleasant on the phone and was happy to answer questions or explain things in more detail. They arrived within the time frame and inspected the furnace, explaining that they could try a temporary fix on our 20+ year old furnace, but recommending that we replace it. There was no pressure to do so, just sound advice. We agreed to have the furnace replaced the next day at a cost of $1,700.00. We also agreed to a new programmable thermostat at (I think, but don't really remember) about $200.00. Once again, they arrived on time, took out the old furnace, installed and inspected the new one, installed and programmed the thermostat, and left our house tidy and warm. A day or two later, a neighbor who was feeding our cats thought she smelled gas. I called the owner immediately, and he was at our house within 40 minutes. The gas smell was by then gone. He checked the furnace carefully for any leaks, and said it was fine, but to call him at any time if we thought we smelled it again. We've had no problem since. He was at all times cordial, professional, and patient. I would definitely use them again if the need arose.

He correctly diagnosed the problem with the humidifier, replaced a faulty solenoid valve, and corrected the wiring which the original installer (Atlantic Air) had done incorrectly (the humidifier only worked when the emergency heat was on; now it works whenever the system is active. The heat pump never worked effectively since it was installed three years ago and now it works perfectly.

They are very nice people. I have them coming back to do more work for me. They were here when they said they would be. They did everything exactly the way I wanted them to. Their estimate was the best of all of the estimates I received. My neighbors also recommended them to me. They were great people! I would highly recommend them.

Due to a severe freon leak in my old system, I found myself in need of an entirely new heating/cooling system just in time for a wave of 105 degree weather. Understandably, I was in a hurry to get some quotes and get the new system installed ASAP. The quote appointment from All American was quick and clear and their prices were *far* better than the other quotes I had received. At the time, there was not a lot of readily available reviews, but I felt comfortable enough to take a chance and choose this company over my previous service company and scheduled the install. Roughly one week later, the crew came out and quickly and efficiently replaced my system. The whole process went smoothly, the employees were courteous, all the old equipment was quickly removed, and the owner inspected the job when it was done. I later discovered a very small problem with the install, and the owner was out within hours to quickly diagnose and solve the issue. All in all, I was very pleased, and plan to use them for all of my heating/cooling service needs for the foreseeable future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

They were polite, *very* efficient, and professional. Did an excellent job and worked within my time constraints. Pleasure to deal with. Cost was lower than I expected it to be given they had to come out to my house twice (motherboard was not in stock--they had it overnighted though), and it was the main computer board for the furnace. Not only did they fix my problem, they showed me how to diagnose it if it ever happened again.

I thought that they really did a very nice job. Since I had to finish the basement it was not an easy installation. They worked with me to route the pipes in a manner that I really liked. It was not easy but they got the job done. It cost a lot of money but they had the best price by far of the competitors. I was a little leery because I thought that it was so cheap that something must be wrong. I could not find much feedback good or bad. It took a chance because the person I had been using would not even negotiate. He did a little bit but when I told him that I would go with him, he said that he was busy. So I gave All American Mechanical a chance and they did a really good job. I well consider using them again in the future.

The gentleman that owns his business was extremely responsive, prompt, and accomodating. He also gave the best price and the best warranty. He was on site to supervise the installation and made sure everthing was in working order before he left. He gave me the feeling that he cared about his customers and appeared to have a high level integrity. I originally got his contact information from Angie's list, and I have to say that I am 200% satisfied with the work provided.

All American is a small family owned business. The man that does the repairs is an engineer. I dont have a service contract with them, so I pay them per visit. This is not the first time I have used this company. It was great working with them.
