Description of Work: This was a routine service for our heating and AC. Normally, we don't pay anything because we have a "membership" where we pay $12 a month. The money paid was for a repair that was discovered while servicing our equipment. The gentleman that came was very kind and showed me what he felt needed repairing. He found 2 things and one of them I felt I could do myself and declined his service for that particular item. He did not apply any pressure to my decision.
