Basement Systems installed a SaniDry system in our basement and the results have been incredible. The air quality in our finished basement had been damp, dank and musty smelling until the installation of this system. The SaniDry dehumidifier is powerful, quiet and completely automatic and the basement air quality has never been so good. I can say with complete confidence, along with proper basement water proofing techniques, that this an investment a homeowner will never regret.

Company came our and gave me a good price on removing the mold in my basement. They did a great job. Jorge seemed to be genuinely concerned that I was happy with the work. I was very impressed with the office staff as well.

We were extremely happy with the process from beginning to end. We had several other companies come out and we saw a difference right away with the inspector's approach and knowledge. Since we've never done this type of project before we didn't know what to expect from the crew during the installation. The foreman showed up on time as scheduled and was very considerate of our situation. They helped me cover up some of our stored items to protect it from dust installed a full drain system around the perimeter or our basement and made it look easy to jack hammer and haul out so much concrete and debris. Within 3 days our basement was fully restored and dry again. Since then we've had several heavy rain storms and we couldn't be happier with how everything works just like the inspector originally showed us. Definitely a 5 star operation and relieved when I didn't get a really high price at first then lower prices each time I said I'd think about it. Basement Systems gave us a competitive price up front and we didn't have to listen to another story of how he would give me some magical deal only if I gave them a deposit for the job at that very moment. Spending almost $8500 for a home repair was a huge deal for us and we appreciate the other reviews we read on Home Advisor, Thanks!!

These guys were awesome. We had them repair some very bad cracks that were leaking in the basement as well as install a new pump. Also had them install their water proof carpeted flooring in the kid's playroom down there. They left the basement cleaner than when they found it. and they were very polite and informative. From the office staff to the inspection to the installation process... everything was great. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

These guys did a great job I love my new basement! I had water and moisture coming through my walls. After the rain I would have standing water along my basement perimeter. I have an awesome basement with big windows; perfect for finishing into family room/extra bedroom. I had to find a permanent fix to the water issue before doing anything else. Everyone I dealt with (Sean was our foreman) was very professional. Our new system includes a full perimeter drain, sump pump with battery backup, and thermal wall insulation. If you are thinking of finishing or remodeling your basement I strongly suggest protecting your investment with a proven system like the one these guys installed. I made a great investment!

Very pleased with Basement Systems USA! My future family room can now be built with some peace of mind. I had standing water and a moist, damp basement. I had to deal with the water before finishing the basement. The system I went with included a full perimeter drain, sump pump with battery backup, and a thermal wall insulation. It's awesome! No water to be found, and the space feels and smells much better. I can now finish my basement without worrying. Basement systems USA did a great job and has an awesome product. I made a great investment!

They have not completed the installation yet. It is scheduled for mid-September. I'm looking forward to finding out the quality of their work, but I have a good impression from the sales process.
