Install went well. As planned.

USA Insullation was very responsive and returned my call within 24 hours, immediately set an appointment. Mike came out and I felt that I received a very fair price for the work I had to accomplish. Scheduling was a couple weeks about which was fine however they called and had an immediate opening which worked out great. Jose and his helper came over and within 6 hours I was fully insullated. I have noticed a HUGE difference how my house heats and cools....very dramatic. Thanks USA Insullation. Joe

Estimate was done quickly and professionally. Costs were very reasonable - actually, only about half the cost of another estimate we received for the same work. The Angie's List coupon definitely didn't hurt! Service people arrived on time, did work well, cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied - would hire again.

The team showed up on time, finished the work quickly and we can feel the positive difference in the temperature of the room above the garage.

Overall, it was a very professional job for my attic insulation. The installation crew was punctual, courteous and professional. They took time to explain what they do for each step. Overall good cooperation and in the end I reviewed the results. I am very happy about it. I will refer them to any of my friends when they need it too.

We contacted USA Insulation, along with several other providers, for a bid on reinsulating our significantly underinsulated attic. They came out promptly to provide the estimate and engaged in no high-pressure sales tactics (unlike others we asked for estimates). Their prices were on par with our other estimates. Once we accepted their bid, they got us on the schedule, and actually were able to come out a little earlier due to a cancellation in their schedule. The day of the work, the crew showed up on time, they worked cleanly, and the work seems to have been done well. They wore shoe covers while they were in the house, placed runners over all the carpet they would be walking on, and surrounded the closet they would be working in (attic hatch location) with plastic. Once they were gone, there was no insulation mess. They put rulers through the attic to measure their work, and the application seemed to be even. There has been a huge difference in the temperature stability of our house since the work, so it seems to me they did it right. We have recommended USA Insulation to several neighbors based on the work we had done.

The crew showed up on time and completed the job in timely manner. They answered all my questions and concerns. I see the result immediately. My Furnace does not kick in as often as before.

Everything went very smoothly. They arrived during the hour time block they stated. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed.

They were responsive and it works. We have not had any issues with the insulation.

Process was smooth from the start. They came out, took a look around in my attic, and wrote me an estimate right there on the spot. Was reasonable enough (significantly less than other offers we had gathered) that we called right back and set up a date. On the date of service, the crew showed up on time preformed the work as it was agreed upon. The crew was friendly, and very respectful of our furniture. Very clean as well, cleaned up the area when they were done. Overall, very satisfied with my experience. Would use USA Insulation again.

Received a quote and noted some potential issues with the roof we should look into.

We were very pleased with the service. The person who provided the estimate was very professional. The workmen were punctual and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up an obviously messy job. They also did a great job of patching the holes when they were done, which made subsequent painting very easy.

This was as smooth a project as I have experienced. The guys were quick, courteous and professional. The job was done perfectly and I have had improved performance in the house since. I would absolutely use USA again.

All of our dealings with this company have been excellent from the initial contact to the on site meeting and finally the work day itself. The price was fair, and slightly below other bids that we received. The crew showed up on time and did a great job, the work space and hallways was left clean.

I will do this, when the winter comes..so far the attic is same hot!!!...Expensive. Thank you

It was icy and snowy and they came anyway. I could not get there because it is a property I own but do not live in and I was too far away in the weather conditions to make it. I got them access and they did the job anyway, right on time and like they said they would. I was very happy with them and their price.

They did a really good job, and I noticed a difference over the winter. I am just curious about how changing the A/C filters will go.

They were pretty good but they broke one of the safety features that holds the screen in place.

fantastic service, great price

House was built in the 1980sand had very little celing insulation bump out for pantry was leaky. All work was done with minimal disruption. I found later when it got very cold and windy that the bump out was leaking. When I reached back out to them, the sales person came back out it did take two weeks of calls and messages to reach him, that was the only bad part, but he sent his guys back out in a few weeks when they were in the area to reinsulate the bump out last week with spray insulation and fiberglas and it seems fine now.

He was professional and informed me that the deal wouldn't work for my home. I like that he informed me of that before any time was wasted.

They came out to give us an estimate and we realized this Deal wouldn't work with what we needed. We will get the Big Deal refunded and we're waiting on the estimate to see if we will use this company. So far they've been great.

Great experience. Received a quote from Mike Doolittle a few weeks ago, was so appreciative that USA Insulation isn't in the practice of the hard sell. USA Insulation was the second company we received a quote from and Mike was able to provide a competitive quote out of the gate, plus include baffling and light caps for our recessed lighting which was an upcharge with other providers. After signing the contract, scheduling was a breeze. I was promised workers would be at the house between 8-9am and they showed up at 8am on the dot. They laid down drop cloths before beginning work and were in and out in approximately 2.5 hours. They were friendly, polite, clean, fast, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

They showed up even though it was raining, and did the attic and lower level spray foam insulation behind a bedroom and rec room. The next day they came out and did the insulation behind the siding which took all day to do. Cleaned up any left over residue from the foam, and patched the walls. The only thing is they might have severed the telephone wire upstairs from the foam that was done from the outside when they removed the siding to install. I have a technician coming out 12/16/2014 to see if that is what happend. Overall still please with the results.
