Description of Work: very good presentation, tho a bit heavy on the guarantees (knowing that no one will have the time and data to claim a discount). the crew was polite and hard working. The results, both in summer and winter, were noticeable. Its a bit hard to tell how much we are saving because of the dramatic drop in gas prices (which affects both our heating and electricity/cooling costs). Suffice it to say that our combined gas and electric bills now average less than $100/month (level billing). | |Bottom line: I would gladly recommend the vendor to others.

Description of Work: The USA Insulation crew came early, prepped the walls, in my case that meant drilling holes on all outside walls and on ceiling (most homes get insulated from outside, though) and proceeded to insulate every nook and cranny of the place. They also did the crawl space. Then of course, closed up all the holes,cleaned up everything and, apart from the sanding and painting in my future, left everything in outstanding condition. Fabulous, professional, attentive to details, explained everything well, arrived on time and delivered as promised. Truly delightful to work with. Shout out to Mike Doolittle and his entire crew. Brian,the owner also very involved. All very responsive to emails and telephone calls. A great company.

Description of Work: Added insulation in my attic to give me a total depth of 18". Added baffles to soffit vents and boxes over ceiling fixtures. They were super responsive. They came right out and provided a quote at a convenient time. Scheduling was easy as was resecheduling (my fault). They showed up on time, did a super neat job and were done right on time.
