The crew showed up right on time. Performed the work as agreed to. Cleaned up behind themselves. The crew was very professional, polite, and efficient.

We recently moved into a town house that was constructed in 1993, right before winter started. We soon realized that the insulation in the attic was inadequate. I contacted several companies to get an estimate for a 700 sqft attic insulation to R-30. Most company gave estimate that was way too high. Finally I gave USA insulation a call. I spoke with Brian Seligman, who was very polite. I gave him the approximate size of my attic, Brian did some calculation and was able to give me an estimate that blow away the competition. What really impressed me was Brian's honest approach to business. He spelled out all the cost associate with the work, explained in detail the type of insulation material that will be using. As we continue to speak, I soon realized that I actually had some business dealing with Brian when I was looking to install Gutter Glove product a few months earlier. At that time, the cost for GutterGlove installation was bit higher than our budget. Brian was very honest with the cost of the material and the cost associate with installation. Realizing that I had deal with Brian in the past, I agreed to the work for attic insulation at this time and since they would be at the house, I also signed up to get GutterGlove installation also. Brian was able to give us additional discount since the work would be done at the same time. Installation day, the crew came right on time, very polite. The attic insulation went very well. I went up for the final run through and was very happy with their work. GutterGlove installation also went well. The crew did a good job cleaning the gutter before installation. A few weeks later I realized that some of the roof shingles were torn off during the installation, most likely due to the age of the roof. I let Brian know and he immediately rectify the issues. I'm very impressed with USA installation, especially with Brian who is very polite, honest, and take pride in customer satisfaction.

Very professional. Robert arrived on time to give estimate. We orginally bought the Angies List deal for this company, which was for attic insulation. When they came to measure they presented the option of insulating the outside walls as well. We decided to go with this option too. There was no pressure and I didn't feel as if they were "upselling". On the contrary they presented the information about outside wall insulation in a clear and cogent manner, and answered our questions. We felt that the doing this work was a good choice for us. The work was scheduled and performed right on schedule. Workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would recommend this company.

USA Insulation did a great job - the men showed up on time, quickly set up their equipment, made sure that nothing would harm the inside of my house (e.g., wood flooring), and did the job efficiently and professionally.

The experience was fantastic. The technicians were very punctual, polite, and cared about my property. They took their shoes off or used booties, and used tarps, which was respectful. I’m happy with their services.

After many phone calls & emails we learned that we couldn't, at that time, use the service. They've offered to refund our cost + $50 to a utility bill. I don't need my money back but GREATLY appreciate the offer. I still wish someone had visited our house to check things over, but I'd go back to them if needed

The sales/contract aspect was flawless. From the time I called, received my quote, signed the contract, and scheduled the appointment for installation, my job was handled as good as any company I've ever dealt with. The crew showed up right on time, was extremely courteous and respectful, and finished the high-quality job in less than the 1 hour estimate.

We contacted this company to blow in insulation in our attic. All services provided as advertised. I would absolutely deal with this company again. The representative was very responsive. The service crew was on time and very professional and polite. The price they charged was very good for the work that was done.

I used the Angie List special for USA Insulation and called and spoke with Brian last week to schedule an estimate for the work. He was nice but I was surprised when he said he can't come look at my attic for an estimate. He said just measure myself and his guys will come do the work, He said if I'm off eitther way in measurements he will adjust when his guys come and measure before they start. Luckily I knew what I needed done and I gave him the accurate measurements. I tried to get him to come out but he refused. He said he would lose money if he had to send a sales estimator out. He sent me a contract and took 1/3 deposit and scheduled with me. I went on trust and Brian being on Angies List. Yesterday his 2 guy's arrived and did the work. They never measured as he said they would but they did do an excellent job, made no mess and cleaned up after themselves. I'm not sure Brian was prepared for the response he received to his offer but the work he did for me was done well. The attic was insulated throughout as promised and as expected.

I like them a lot; they are very responsive and flexible. I wasn’t even home when they did the work.

We decided not to go with this company due to false advertisement. We expected to pay $89 for 500 sq feet of insulation as advertised on Angie's list so it was a surprise when I received a quote for over 1,000k. Apparently the quote was based on the average size of the homes in my area; However, we only wanted 500 sq feet, no more and no less. When I called they said that it wasn't worth them coming out. They owner mentioned that he had so much business from Angie's list that if I didn't want the quoted price I could take my business elsewhere. The problem that I have is the advertisement didn't state a minimum.

People from the insulation firm showed up on time after setting up an appointment over the phone. They were quick and neat about the installation and made sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving.

USA Insulation/ Gutterglove had a kiosk set up in a mall. They explained their product and how they do everything. It sounded like a good idea so went ahead with it. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient and neat. We didn’t compare prices but it sounded like a good price. We were very satisfied. It was good to find a company that does what they say they are going to do in a way that they say they are going to do. We would use them in the future if required.

Originally we wanted the attic and the walls on one side of the house insulated. The salesman upsold us to having all the walls insulated and told us that there was a three to four inch gap to be filled with foam. We decided to insulate the whole house, hoping it would save us money. After the job was done (and the worker in charge, Jamal, was tidy, polite and responsive to questions) I found out that we did not have a 3-4 inch gap in the wall, but only a half inch gap. I was quite upset because we never would have spent money on a half inch gap. I spoke to the manager and the owner (I think) and they were very fair and admitted that the mistake was made by their salesman and did not make us pay for their mistake. I would highly recommend them. It is when things go wrong that you can tell if the company is a good one or not. I felt we were dealt with very fairly.

Everything went well. They were reasonably priced, prompt, and they did a better job than others that I have used in the past.

USA Insulation did a wonderful job insulating my attic. The salesperson was very helpful and the installers were neat and courteous. I called them on a Monday and they were able to do my job the same week. It was cold this past weekend and I could already feel the benefits. I plan on having them come back next year to insulate my crawl space.

It was a good experience from start to finish - considering what I spent, my ROI on heating and cooling could come in 18 months or less. Great crew, clean and polite - theyw ere about 30 minutes late to start, so I gave them less than 5 on that, but otherwise, I liked how they answered my questions in simple terms and handled one small, unexpected problem without charging me extra, and actually finished before they said they would. Foam is a great way to efficiently and effectively insulate older homes - we're very pleased with the service and the company.

My house was freezing in the winter before I had my install with USA. Now my kids rooms are much warmer and we put all of the portable heaters in storage. Their guys were polite and didn't leave a mess behind. I recommend them whole heartily.

Wow!! Terrific!! I'm writing this letter to thank USA Insulation for the wonderful job that your energy consultant and installers did by insulating my home. I'm so happy with the results! My home was not well insulated, and I immediately noticed it was warmer and more comfortable after being installed. Everyone at USA Insulation was so courteous and knowledgeable through the process.
