They had a great service. They were very convenient in the time they came out. The were able to come in the evening. They were quick in turning the estimate around and then doing the service. They provided a military discount and overall product and workmanship was exceptional.

They did a good job and I was very pleased. They were very punctual. The morning they came, it was very cloudy and I didn't think they would come, but they showed up! They cleaned up well and everything was on time.

I called Brian to get someone to give me an estimate on attic insulation on a 26 year old house. He returned my call promptly and arranged to have an estimator come by two days later. Meanwhile I had gotten two other estimates, with both agreeing that I didn't really need to have any work done. Rather than have Brian's folks waste their time, I cancelled the appointment. I give Brian and his folks kudos for their prompt, professional response, and I will keep them in mind if I need work in future.

We had someone come out for a free estimate a few months ago. The gentleman was great- he explained what was needed and how it would be done. My fiance said it was a pleasurable experience having him come out, as he did not throw him a sales pitch or attempt to push any extras on to us. Other home projects took up our time and when we finally got around to scheduling the insulation, the estimate had expired. However, because of a last minute cancellation in their schedule, they offered to honor the quote if we would schedule the service to be perform in only a few short days. WONDERFUL! The technicians arrived on time, were nice to deal with, made no mess, and finished the work with no problems. About a week after the work was completed, we contacted them via email with a question about the insulation. They responded to us within the hour! I am very pleased with the work that was performed and would recommend USA Insulation.

Brian came out on April 30th to give us an estimate. He priced out 3 components; the attic, the garage and whole house. We chose attic and garage. Work was done on May 10th. Everyone involved was very professional.

I called USA Insulation to get a second estimate for insulation replacement. The guy on the phone scheduled an appointment to come to the house for an estimate a week later than the call. I had asked about attic insulation and he started talking about wall insulation which I didn't want. Before the date of the appointment, I decided to go with another company. When I called to cancel the appointment, the guy I talked to on the phone said he could give me an estimate over the phone. I declined. My impression was that they wanted to up-sell me to get wall insulation in addition to the attic insulation that I requested and that was why I had to wait a week for an in-home appointment. I don't know that for sure, but that's the impression I have since the second guy told me that he could give an estimate over the phone and the first guy was talking about wall insulation when I asked for attic insulation. I was dealing with water damage at the time and was not up for a hard sell situation.

Got an price quote from the company. The rep explained the process and the type of insulation. Have not decided on the work b/c I have some other projects to complete.

I received a very quick reply and the guy gave some good honest advice with no pressure. I ended up not doing anything yet. But I would gladly use this company.

We had contacted several companys for estimates on blown in attic insulation. They were able to provide us an estimate over the phone by providing our square footage and type of attic. The company was flexible with scheduling the installation and were very professional. They placed floor mats throughout their walking path to our attic space and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. They also made sure to have myself inspect their job before closing up the attic space to ensure the job was completed correctly. Their prices were competitive with the other 2 companies I contacted and I would recommend them to anyone needing blown in attic insulation. They also provided a discount for being an angie's list member.

The technician came and said they could do nothing for the deal I bought. Every other option was thousands of dollars.

Very great experience. Everyone i dealt with was very responsive and always on time and professional. They got the job done quickly and did a great job. The workers were very polite and professional and respectful of house while working. I highly recommend.

I placed a call to USA Insulation on 3/5/13 to get a quote,I spoke to Brian who was very professional and informative. I told him I would look around and give him a call back if I decided to use his company. After completing a search of insulation companies serving my area, I decided to go with USA insulation for my needs. I placed a call back to Brian on 5/13 to proceed with securing an appointment to have insulation installed in my attic. When I called, Brian remembered who I was and that in it self made a good impression with me. We set a date for 3/18 with the crew to arrive between the (8-9:30am) time frame. On 3/18 USA arrived at 8:01am and was ready to work. They informed me of every thing that they were doing, and upon completion they asked me if I would like to go up to the attic and take a look at the work performed. I informed them that I would like to see it, and upon looking into the attic I was very pleased with the outcome. Once they removed all of their work equipment they vacuumed the entire space they occupied, which I was very impressed with. Upon returning home that evening I noticed how warm my walk-in closet was oppose to it being really cold before the insulation. I will recommend USA Insulation to all my friends and I am very pleased with the job done!!!!!

It was a good experience. I liked the people. The crew was great and did their best to be respectful of our home both inside and out. They were punctual, pleasant and professional.

ENVISIONING: I have lived in my 48-unit townhouse/condominium since 2003, and all my neighbors agree that our lowest of 3 living levels is very cold since it is directly above a garage with little or no insulation. Some neighbors have ripped out the drywall in the garage ceilings, added insulation and applied new drywall. (Messy, time-consuming, and not a 1person job for me, a single chick.) The wood floors in my living room are cold on the feet, but the tile in the kitchen is frigid! Being from Texas and coming back to winter from a year in the hot Middle East, I decided to focus on insulation infrastructure and hopefully gain warmth primarily and energy cost savings secondarily. PLANNING: Setting up the job required the following interactions: (1) initial website form requesting more info. (2) Brian from USA Insulation promptly called the the next day. (3) Richard, the Sales Rep, visited my house and checked the attic where I needed repairs (not suitable; recommended I could do it myself (which I did --DIRTY), and the garage, where he ensured me a garage was a very popular and appropriate place to use the foam. (4) Insulation Day 1. I scheduled for a 0900 start on the MLK holiday Monday, but neither the company or myself predicted that there would be no street parking available. Mission aborted. (5) Brian called me promptly later that morning to apologize and give advice on how to go about getting a permit or saving space for the 1.5 space sized truck where the generator or compressor is located. (6) I figured out how to get a "moving van" permit with the county. (7) Another phone call to reschedule the job. EXECUTING: (8) Insulation Day 2: Workers again arrived promptly on time. Job for the 350+' square foot space took about 3 hours. The 2 workers were very courteous. Began by setting up paper to walk on and down stairs to garage, and laying their hoses from the truck to the townhouse and downstairs. I watched some of the prep work. All of the golf-ball sized holes were drilled directly in a line down the center of my garage. The patchwork afterward is a close-enough match to current ceiling color that I may choose not to sand and repaint. I was/am very pleased with the quality of install. It was quick and not messy. RESULTS: They said to wait 48 hours for the foam to set before you'd be able to notice a difference. So, how different is the temperature? There was one area in the garage where they could not install foam due to ductwork, and that happens to be under a 1/2 bath off the kitchen, so that is my comparative original temperature. It is still like standing on ice wrapped in a paper towel. The other tile over the new insulation is still colder than I would like, but noticeably warmer. The wood floor is not cold to stand on anymore. I do think my bottom floor living area is warmer now and requires less fireplace to burst heat it. Recommendation: Think about other logistics planning, such as potential parking issues. Don't forget to consider the heat transfer characteristics of your flooring material. I may decide to replace my tile with a laminate or wood product for additional warmth. Is it worth it and would I do it again? I cannot give a resounding YES!!!, but I think it was worth it, especially with an Angie's List discount. I HATE being cold.

I contacted them through the web and Brian got back to me a day later. He was not pushy and was extremely helpful. He scheduled me an estimate a few days later with Richard who was also fantastic. Richard came out and we actually spoke more about family (we had some family in the same area) than the actual job. Richard walked me through everything that would happen and answered all my questions. I even had to call him back a few times with other questions and it was never an issue. They made me feel extremely comfortable about the work and seemed like good genuine people. They gave me a good price so I went with them. They showed up on the appointment date at 9 (I was told 8) but with the amount of work they did and how quickly they were able to do it made that minor issue go away. They were simply amazing. I doubted that they could insulate my entire house in a day and they ended up leaving around 6:30 with it all done and cleaned. I also have a big dog (115 lbs) and the guys had no problems with my dog wanting to check them out every so often. They would even bend down pet him and play with him for a few seconds. They showed me every step of the way what they were doing and how they were going to do it. I preferred them to go in through the walls on the inside which they did. Being a painter?s son I know how to paint and patch walls so that was not an issue (they patch the walls back up). I can say that I was surprised by how many holes were made, so if you are on the fence about having the work done (from the inside) ask them about how many holes would be needed so you have a reference point to see how much painting and supplies you will need to fix it back up after they are done. I will also say that Jose (who was clearly their patch/wall guy) does an excellent job with the walls. I would use him personally if I had to do more work and didn?t know how to patch walls myself. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!

It was rough going in the beginning due to having to reschedule the initial visit twice before actually having it. Although that was frustrating, we are glad that we stuck with it. They arrived a little ahead of schedule and immediately got started. I am very pleased with both the product and the professionalism. As another review stated, the aluminum siding that was removed is a bit more dented than the rest, but not a huge deal. After the crew left, I noticed that one wall was now cracked due to the amount of insulation that was added. I called Brian and he immediately offered to make it right. That is a rare quality in companies today. Although it was a little more expensive than we originally budgeted, I am glad we made the investment and glad we used Brian and his crew.

USA insulated the walls from the exterior of my home in January. The guys were very neat and polite. My house is definately more comfortable. I recommend them highly.

Our interaction with USA Insulation was fantastic from start to finish. Brian was extremely helpful and prompt throughout the experience, responding to me the same day as my initial inquiry by web. He had me describe our home and the work that needed to be done and was able to come up with a very accurate idea of the square footage and needs of our house. Their price was better than a competitor that I also found on Angie's list, and it got even better with the Angie's List discount. We were told they would show up between 8:30-10am on the day of service, and I feel like they showed up around 9 (writing this review much later so can't remember exactly, but it was definitely in the window and on the earlier end). They were very courteous and neat about the entire process, and the only work on our part was clearing out access to the attic (you get to it via my husband's closet) and making sure there was a parking spot directly in front of the house so they could feed the hose from their truck to the attic. They worked very quickly, and my only wish is that we had stopped them halfway through to see the work they had done. By the time they were done, literally the entire attic was filled with insulation to the brim, so I couldn't see what it looked like in the back - I assume they filled everything, but if you're paranoid and want to make sure they didn't just fill the last part to the top, you should stop them in the middle to take a look. We immediately could feel the difference in the warmth of the house that very evening, and overall the experience was great. We will definitely recommend them to all friends and will use them again if we need more insulation work done.

The workers were on time and courteous. They completed the installation within the estimated time and cleaned up afterwards nicely.

USA insulation was very prompt in both the appointment and the actual installation of the insulation. The crew did a good job of doing the work and cleaning up afterwards.

We needed to replace/supplement all of the attic insulation in the attic of our recently-purchased home. Our experience with USA Insulation was superb. They were prompt in contacting us after we purchased the Angie' List Deal, arrived for service right on time, and were very careful not to be overly disruptive or messy in our home. They were completely professional at every turn - our experience with them was excellent.

I was not ready for a large expense. The cost would have been to much for me at that time.
