Description of Work: I had a hard time connecting with them to set up an appointment. Every time I wanted an appointment they could not accommodate me. I never spoke to a person only email. They never reached out to me. No phone calls. I have used other vendors before but this one did not work out. I lost the $99 I spent.

Description of Work: Purchased $99 counter clean/sealing in September. After putting in my requested dates, I received an initial 23 September email, stating "We'll call you shortly to schedule service." That call never came. As my requested dates got closer, I called the number they provided ((667) 401-6700) and spoke to at least two different people promising to call me back, but they never followed through. When I called again, I was told their company was having problems with Angie's List emails going to junk box. The person on the phone then scheduled me for an actual appointment in Oct. The appointment came and went and nobody showed up. I wasted the entire morning (half day of work) waiting for someone to show. I called to complain and the technician said they had a "personnel problem" and appointments were getting screwed up, and I'd get an email to reschedule....nothing for a month. I sent an email asking for a refund, and have still heard nothing. I have wasted more time calling and writing emails over the past 2 months...unsatisfactory! They are either unwilling or unable to live up to this deal...complete fail, and $99 lesson for me I will not repeat again.

+ 1 moreJamal was very professional, He called 1/2 hr before schedule telling me he was on his way but traffic was heavy and he might be a few minutes late. He was on time. He explained what he was going to do and why it was being done. He went right to work, did a wonderful job (my countertops look brand new as the day they were installed). He explained when I could put things back on the surfaces, when I should start using the surfaces with food and how often this process should be applied. I learned that my cleaning of the countertops was working but that I needed to also clean the splash that had more grime then the flat surfaces. He also told me about the other services his company provided without a hard sell. I am looking into having them give me a quote on restoring my bathroom tile.

He did a nice job of cleaning and sealing our granite countertops, which had never been sealed since installed. He also did the bar in our family room. While here, he looked at some grout issues around our house and will send estimates for repairing those. Greg was polite, courteous and efficient, and the type of person that you are comfortable having in your home. We recommend Sir Grout.

+ 1 moreCalled to schedule an appt, the woman who answered (I want to say her name is Francis) was extremely polite and helpful. Greg arrived on time, explained a little what he was going to do, spent about 10 minutes cleaning and sealing the granite, went over the do's and dont's for the few hours after getting it sealed and that was it! Will use again when time to seal next year!

The price is a bit high but worth it....they followed through on all my concerns promptly, efficiently, and politely.

+ 0 moreI have a quarry tile floor which is impossible to keep/get clean on my own. I have had it professionally cleaned before with unsatisfactory results. I saw Sir Grout's ad which said they could restore the tile and the grout. Greg, the general manager, came out to my house and was very honest with me when he learned this was quarry tile, saying that that is the one type of tile that will not work with their normal method. He offered to try a different method, but was straightforward about his feeling that the floor would not look restored, but that it would certainly be cleaner. I agreed to move forward with the knowledge that it would not be perfect. The day of the appointment, the technician was very prompt, careful and thorough. The floor looks MUCH better and the grout is uniformly clean. I am pleased with the quality of the work, although I do feel it was expensive. I would certainly endorse them for their integrity and professionalism, and I feel I got the best result I could under the circumstances. I would definitely use them again.
