MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

Fine. Unable to directly power wash second story dormers.

We have a very large deck and they did a great job of getting rid of all of the dirt, mold, and stains.

The job is perfect. The roof which is 15 years old and was green with algae looks brand new again. I highly recommend MPW. Great overall value.

Workers arrived on Saturday around 5:30 PM. They were supposed to come on Friday, but their truck broke down. Received a call about rescheduling; and I rescheduled for Saturday 4-6 PM. They got every item into the truck and carried the doors from the house along with an air conditioning unit. All in all, took them about 1/2 hours to load truck. Workers were helpful and very thorough.

Phil and co-worker arrived on time and did a great job. I needed a lot of attention to decks due to mildew.....and I wanted to paint right after cleaning. House sparkled after they were done!

The process went well and the roof looks good. The only negative is that the chemical used seemed to have a negative effect on some of my flowers and shrubs. As of now I don't believe there will lasting effects or loss of the plants but there is evidence of chemical burning on some of the leaves and flowers.

They did a good job but I felt uncomfortable because there were extra people there that were not working on the project but were sitting and talking to the worker.

They said they would be at my house between 10 AM and 12 Noon they got here about 10:30 AM and were done with the whole Job by 12 Noon. They did a fantastic job my house looks new again. I did pay extra to do more than was agreed upon. I’m very satisfied with the finished product and will recommend them to anyone. When I’m in the need for power washing again I will call Maryland Pro Wash.

Scheduling with Tony was easy, and he gave me options. The guys who arrived were friendly, efficient and did a fabulous job! Jeff took time to explain the process and what i should expect over the next few weeks. They only use a chemical - no water - no power washing. Thus, no harm to the shingle! Great job - huge improvement!
