MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

I claimed a deal for $175 for 3000sq ft of powerwashing. When I called they told me there would be an additional fee as my house is larger. We were ok with that, as it was specified in their deal. The "additional fee" was double the cost (on TOP of the original deal), even though our house is less than double the original amount included in the deal. I was only somewhat Ok with that, as I understand it's a large house. The worst part is that they told us the brick sides of the house (approx 30% of the total) would not be included, and there was an additional fee for those as well. We were "less OK" with that part of it, since it seemed they were just trying to keep adding, but that's not the worst part of the whole encounter. When I responded "If the brick sides don't count, then the house isn't over the 3000 sq ft of the deal (because you're not washing them), then why do I have to pay extra for being over 3000 sq ft??". They wouldn't answer my question, and kept quoting an escalated price. I asked why I had to pay for the brick to be included in the 3000 sq ft, then pay extra because we went over 3000 sq ft, then pay for the brick AGAIN as it had it's own charge to clean it that was about equal to the quoted price of the whole deal anyway? They didn't care, Angie's List said they can't help, I could only post a review. I understand that many businesses offer deals to drum up business, and that's cool. I also understand that when we ask for more than the original deal we pay extra, that's cool too. I DON'T understand how the price quadrupled when the area to be cleaned was less than double what was offered in the deal. Be careful of this company. Best case scenario, they add on to over charge. Worse case, they bait and switch their deals.

Very well. I needed to have my house power washed. I looked through Angi and found Maryland Powerwash. The price for a house under 3000 square feet was $199. After an Angi coupon, it was $175. A very fair price. I was contacted and made an appointment for 7/26. I was give a 4-hour window. The crew arrived in that window. They did a great job!! I will gladly use them again for work.

They were very thorough and gave a full description of the job they were doing. Made sure all areas were clear before starting the process. Great product and customer service

The siding of our house facing northwest had accumulated mold and residue. MPW thoroughly washed it off without denting the vinyl siding. They also power washed the concrete foundation around the base of our house as well as the walkway to our front entrance and stairs down to the basement. We could really see the difference. They were professional, came on time, with their truck to provide power. We would use them again. They deserve an A rating.

Maryland Pro wash did such an amazing job for 175.00 dollars. I can't believe other business would even think about charging that much. I will definitely be using these guys again. Awesome! One of the best service experiences ever! Very professional in all interactions/communications. When scheduling the appointment - after we needed to switch dates on a couple occasions - we were given a two hour arrival window. Unlike some other service providers, they were punctual, professional and very efficient. Upon arrival, I explained exactly what we wanted done. 45 mins to an hour later, the MPW power washer walked around my home with me to ensure we were completely satisfied. Absolutely no rework was needed and we were 100% satisfied. We weren’t sure they’d be able to clean some long term tree/grime spots, but MPW was able to and left us with a spotless, brand new looking home. We will utilize MPW for all future power washing. OUTSTANDING JOB! OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM and EFFICIENCY. You will be 100% satisfied with MPW. We give our highest recommendation!

Revised Review from 10/26. Tech showed up on 10/29 and did a good job. Clearly there was a communication breakdown around the reschedule.

Luis was very professional and friendly. He double checked the job next day to make sure it was done to our likeing.

All went fine. I had read in other reviews that chemicals used on roof could damage some plants and since wasn’t feeling well I didn’t spray down foundation plants after the job was finished. Only one perennial suffered some damage however it should recover 100% by next year as dies back over winter. Based on the large number of plants around our home, it seems whatever chemicals they used on the roof didn’t harm much of anything. Very pleased with the workers and the job they completed.

Took a little over an hour to clean. I was surprised how clean the house became without using any ladders.

I can't say enough good things about this company. It's the second time I've used them in approximately a five year period. Service was just as great and professional this time as it was the last. This is a great company...great price and great service.
