MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

Description of Work: The job was to remove wallpaper from the kitchen. The 2-man crew removed all the wallpaper. They did a great job and worked quickly. I would certainly recommend them.

Description of Work: I paid $299 for the power wash/seal deck big deal. I think it's too much money for what it is. With additional costs for stairs and my deck being larger, it was almost $400. The power washing was so severe that a lot of my wood is now "furry" and doesn't look good. I also lost a few flowers I really likes because they were power washed till they sat sideways. The seal is just just rain guard that I could buy from home depot for $30 and easily have done myself. I guess this was just what the deal was, but it seems like an awful lot of money to miss half a day of work and have a deck that doesn't really look good, I wish it had been more clear what I was getting for the money. I'm hoping at least the sealant works, although part of my is concerned because the wood is now so raw. The people at the company were punctual and easy to get in touch with.

Description of Work: Pressure wash siding and deck. They did an excellent job. Only reason I gave them a B on quality was because they missed one spot on our deck (failed to move a bench or would have seen the area). But other than that, the quality was solid. Very thorough.
