MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

Description of Work: I purchased 24 hrs of labor for $599. Tony immediately contacted me to set up a date. 4 painters came for 6 hrs. They were able to paint 3 bedrooms one with a 10 ft ceiling, a hallway,and 2 stairwells.They were prompt, courteous, professional, and clean. They did amazing work. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Needed a small area of siding power washed. It was at the top corner of the side of the house which we could not reach with a ladder & it was on a hill. Two nice, young men quickly & efficiently did the job. We were very pleased with the results as was our Homeowner's Association.

Description of Work: Contact person was very good. The painters were a bit sloppy. The left nails from the wall on the wood floors and got paint on the basement rug. Also, asked them to come back and finish the other side of the basement. Never heard back from anyone. I hired them to paint a property I am selling. Otherwise, I would have painted it myself and done a much better job.

Description of Work: Painting went fine but I just fpund out almost all my windows are painted shut. Now I have to hire someone to free up the windows. Sad.

Description of Work: The contractor Tony came out and looked at the work which I purchased on the deal of the day. He said that he would not be able to do what was advertised under the deal but could do something else related. He said that he would give me a call back and never did. I kept calling him but he never returned my calls. In the meantime I paid for services on the deal of the day which were not performed and I couldn't get my money back because I was told that too much time had passed. I could only get a credit towards a future purchase.

Description of Work: This deal was for dry wall repair and painting, 3 hrs. The problem was that once they did the repair, they said it had to dry over night. So, did I have any other work they could do. (If I knew, I would have been better prepared. They eventually scaled some paint for me around the house.) They said when they were in the area, they would stop back to finish the repair. They left their ladder here, so I thought they would be back. They did not come back. I can paint, but I don't know how to finish the dry wall repair. | |It was kinda weird that there were two guys who came to do the work. | |If they knew dry wall repair would be a two day job, why give it in the deal when they could not finish it. It was a very small area, actually the landing between the basement stairs, garage and kitchen. Floor is about 15 sq ft, therefore the wall space was very small. It was a really small job, that is still not finished.

Description of Work: This company did a beautiful job. They arrived on time, we're professional and courteous and left my house looking like brand new. I will definitely use them in the future and tell all my friends and neighbors about them. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: My wife gave them a detailed list; we paid $99 for 3 hours. Two guys showed up and started the work; a third guy arrived about 15 min later - they stayed almost 2 hours (including set up and clean up). They completed her list and I want them to quote all of our projects!

Description of Work: The deal was for pressure washing my deck, steps and railings, securing any loose boards and applying a waterproof seal afterward. The pressure washer, who didn't arrive in a MPW vehicle, went to the wrong house and washed the front concrete porch and the rear deck. This is when I wasn't at home. When I called to ask why they hadn't come to take care of my porch and deck, Tony discovered that the man had gone to the wrong house. He said he would pick up this man and come to my house, which they did. However, this was after 3:00 and may have affected the level of work and time he spent here. There were many areas of paint left on my deck and porch. When I complained to Tony, he told me to "read the fine print". When I complained that perhaps more time and effort could have been a factor, or lack thereof, he questioned me, asking "what does time have to do with it?" He admitted that the front porch wasn't done properly and sent someone to take care of it a few days later. However, I was told he'd be here at 8:00a.m. I needed to go somewhere that morning and scheduled my appt.so I'd be here when he was here to review the work. He hadn't come by 9:00 and I had to leave and came while I was away. He did remove more paint from the front porch and secured the loose boards on the deck. |Tony didn't charge me the add'l amounts for the steps and elevated deck that were part of the agreement because he knew I was dissatisfied. |I don't have anything in writing from the company to verify that they were here, such as an invoice. I'd like to have something for my records.

Description of Work: They powerwashed house. It looked like they only dif front and left side. It looked like they didn't touch back and right side of house.

Description of Work: The service was great. They came at the appointed time and did the work. Their follow up was great as well. The only issue I had, if it was an issue, was that they never confirmed the date/time. We set it together two weeks later. I was expecting a call for confirmation or an email, but got neither, but they were there at the appointed time. So it went well. Again, it was minor and I had it in my calendar, but I would imagine it would be bothersome for other people.

Description of Work: I cannot believe how great everything turned out. They showed up on time and did everything I needed them to do. The paint job was spectacular. I can't see any lines and everything is very smooth and detailed nicely. They were very professional. Definitely look forward to doing business with them soon to finish the rest of the painting in my condo.
