MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

Description of Work: They pressure washed my home leaving substantial residue on the siding. Had to redo on three separate visits. The siding was eventually clean but the pressure from multiple washings left considerable damage to trim--now I have to have it painted--ughhhh.

Description of Work: The company did a fantastic job on the house for a great price. The package was part of an 'Angies List Special'. Because of a bad previous pressure washing service I had many questions for the staff when i set up the appointment. The sales rep was friendly and honest. There were no games attempting to sell anything additional or not cover the entire house for the listed price. I will definitely use the company in the future. The work was done quickly and efficiently with GREAT results.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal to power wash my whole house. They did a very good job. I live on a well so the water pressure is not ideal, but they were still prepared to handle it. They cleaned up after they were finished and now my house looks great.

Description of Work: They power washed our house and deck. | |They were prompt, in fact early. Everything went well, the house and deck looked good. | |The only issues was that later that day, there was some weird staining on our aluminum garage door. I simply cleaned it off with simple green.

Description of Work: Side of my house that is shady and had green mold growing on the siding MPW did a great job. On the side of the house that has the sun and the siding is somewhat bleach they did a terrible job. Circles and lines all over from where they sprayed their cleaner. Call to complain MPW sent out the first guy who said he could not see anything. Called again, second guy said he saw the circle and decided to put something on the siding that darkened it to hide the circles but now I have two different shades and the darker shade shows everywhere he put it. It's actually worse! Call again talked to Tom who said he would come out but as of today nothing. I cannot recommend these guys. I should have never had them do the whole house.

Description of Work: Cleaned whole house for the special of $199. I added the decks (3) and steps for another $200. Great job. | |Once they arrived they were done in a couple of hours. Everything was very clean and the green mold was completely gone, even on the highest peaks, and underside of railings.

Description of Work: I emailed them and set up a time/date for them to come by and give an estimate of our property for pressure washing the deck and house. I received a prompt email response and locked in the date. My partner was at home waiting for them and they never showed. He called, left a vm and texted and the owner never responded. We have never heard back from them. I do not recommend them to anyone.
