Description of Work: This was a fabulous experience. Both the owner and painters went above and beyond to make me happy with their service. The areas they painted look great!

Description of Work: I scheduled a day for the service and they did not show up. I guess there was a mixup on the scheduling. I still give them a great rating because when I called to correct the problem they were very responsive and came right out in a day or two. They did a great job. Well worth the money.

Description of Work: We had the siding powerwashed and it had not been done in several years and looked good when they were done. Unfortunately hey were unable to remove concrete that had been splattered the month before when the drive and walk were replaced. My only complaint was they moved our chest freezer to get to the water faucet, didn't replace it appropriately so it was off balance- which I was unable to replace and never mentioned it before they left.

Description of Work: Fine...cleaned the house, the deck, basement way. Some areas under the railing on the deck not clean but hard to see.

Description of Work: They sent a man on a knee wheel chair to paint in our second floor. When I asked him to use painter's tape he scoffed at me and said true professionals don't use painters tape. So most if the areas where lines meet the ceiling are uneven/ sloppy. One coat of paint was applied and sockets were painted over without asking. I was 5 months pregnant and pretty upset that this guy had the nerve to argue with me and tell me our walls were not prepped nicely enough for him even though we had them professiobally skimmed and I had spent the night prior sanding details. He smoked in our house and took 3-4 hour breaks. His understudy was very sweet and we would have been happy to just work with him but he wasn't calling the shots. The main guy arrived late as well and throughout the process would say things like you paid for walls so we are just painting walls ( so be careful- this literally means to them that baseboards and tegular details don't count on the Angie's coupon) They sent a more detail oriented guy to finish the job two months later. I am still scrubbing and scratching paint off of my son's nursery floor and the bathroom a year later. If I had not been pregnant I would have done it all myself and saved the hassle of being yelled at.

Description of Work: They came several hours earlier than scheduled without calling--good thing I was home. Then I couldn't speak to the crew person in charge because he was on the phone for 20 minutes. I wanted to add on washing my front sidewalk and was afraid they would be finished before I got to speak to him, which almost happened. Did the work efficiently, but the process left the windows dirty with whatever substance was in the wash. I don't know if this is a hazard of having outside walls cleaned, but it shouldn't be because now I need to get a window cleaner also. So the house/sidewalk look good, but the experience was mediocre.
