MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

He did a fantastic job getting off dirt, algae, and mold from our vinyl sidiing. It has not been this clean since it was installed, even though we have had a number of cleanings since. Some areas required more than one washing. The gentleman was friendly and professional, and completed his work within an hour. We are very pleased with the service.

The cleaning of the siding was done well. I did, however, expect that the windows/screens would have also been automatically cleaned (with a less powerful force, obviously) based on a previous time I've had the house powerwashed by another company. I was a bit perturbed by the pricing as the ad indicated a 50% savings off a regularly priced $299. When the tech wrote the invoice, he said the regular price for that service is $199, so I felt I didn't get the "deal" I thought I was getting.

They were there on time. The team was very professional and meticulous. They surpassed any expectations that we had. The house looks like it's new. We plan to use their painting services as well. Excellent work!

Was expecting a throrough powerwash and instead was told they were using a new method where they spray chlorine and then rinse it off. The process left my siding with spots and they did not go back and clean up the places where the chlorine ran and left lines under the windows. Overall my house looks somewhat better (to be fair it was not bad to begin with) but for the 45 minute powerwashing jon I am not satisfied with this work and somewhat dissapointed overall

Two men from the company arrived on the time quoted. We ran into a problem that I did not have enough water pressure to run their commercial power washer. Chris tried all 3 of my hoses and checked to make sure I had the value turned on correctly. We finally worked it out that he was able to use my neighbors water and hose - I feel that they went above and beyond and were totally professional and kind. I have already recommened them to a friend who will also be using their service in the very near future. Thanks again Chris for your help.

They did fine. They cleaned the house fine. They were courteous and everything else. I don't have any complaints about it. I'm sure that it was a very fair price, because even when I told a few people that, they were kind of surprised that it wasn't more. They were here bright and early within the time that they said they would be here.

My experience with Maryland Pro Wash was excellent from start to finish. I received a call shortly after purchasing the Big Deal to arrange a time for the service to be performed. I had to wait a couple of weeks as they were a little backed up, but that was not a problem at all. They arrived on the appointment date and did an excellent job washing the exterior of my home. It looked great when they finished. I would certainly use this company again!

We bought a Big Deal from Angie's List for power washing the exterior of our house. They called us within a day of purchasing the deal and scheduled for two weeks later. They were about 30 minutes late to the appointment, but my husband works at home so that wasn't a problem for us. A team of two workers came by to do the job, and it took less than an hour. They used a soap solution and hooked up to a hose bibb to clean the house. Our siding looks wonderful now! All of the green stuff on the north side is gone, and the rest of the house is noticeably brighter with all of the dust and pollen cleaned off. We would definitely call them again, especially for Big Deal pricing.

My experience turned out very nice. They were nice and friendly. They were conscientious of their work. Scheduling was okay. I felt the additional cost to do the extra work was a little high.

It went very well. The procedure took about as long as the provider estimated and after he was done, Chris asked me to come out and see the work he had done. The house was spotless!!

Maryland Pro Wash cleaned our ranch house, using a combination of Armor All Soap and Clorox with a low pressure washer. The work removed all green stains and mold spots from our cedar siding and loose paint, in preparation for a repaint job. They were punctual, called in advance, and very professional in their service. I will definitely use them again.

This was an Angies List Big Deal for power washing of house exterior and additional work requested of washing rear deck. I was contacted within a few days of the deal purchase and given a date for the work to be done about 2 weeks later by the company owner. On the day of the scheduled work, no one showed up and no one contacted me about any problems. This was, of course, troubling. While I was going to be home anyway, not huge for me, but could be for someone who had to make special arrangements to be home. I called the next day and was told they couldn't find my job on the schedule and would re-schedule as soon as possible. The owner called later and re-scheduled for a couple of days later early in the morning. The 2 man crew arrived as scheduled this time and performed all work as agreed and completely to my satisfaction. There were no other issues and, despite the schedule problem, I would use the company again. I graded a B overall due to the schedule issue and the fact that I read at least 1 other review that also had a no-show/schedule problem. Aside from this, the performance was an A.

Everything went well and the house looks much cleaner. They ran into a problem and were going to be a little late so they called and told me and arrived right around the new time they had given me. They cleaned everything up and took their trash with them. We did have a slight bleach smell inside the house when they were done but it was gone after a few hours. I would definitely use them again for power washing.

It was going fine during the service. They took their time and said that I didn't have to move anything away from the house as I had started to move some furniture. Then, after they left, I went outside to look around and they had stepped on several of my flowers (hard to see since they were so small). But, the most annoying thing was that the heavy bleach solution that they used to power wash killed many of my flowers that were in hanging baskets on the porch or in pots on the porch/deck. I would have just moved them had I known this was going to happen. I called the company the next day to let them know (not upset and not complaining), but nobody ever called me back even though she said someone would.

Very happy with service. This is the busy season for this company, but the scheduled the service within a reasonable period of time. They were punctual, neat, and.they did a thorough job. They were unable to clean a few spots and showed me these and explained why these areas could not be completely cleaned. I am happy with the job they did and would both recommend them and use them again.

they were very pleasant over the phone and explained that the big deal did not cover power washing stone or wood deck. It was my fault for not reading the offer more carefully.

I bought a $99 Angie's List Big Deal for one room of painting. The provider was very good at attempting to communicate with me to schedule the paint job (I have no cell service at work so I can be difficult to reach). We scheduled the service about 3 weeks out for today. The painter did a great job...was very clean and neat in his work and the paint job looks great. He was nice and professional as well.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I paid them $75 above the Big Deal price to also clean the composite deck material in the back of my house. They did a good job and I thought the addition of the deck was reasonably priced. I was not here when they did the work so I did not get to meet the guy. He did it during the day while I was at work. I would say the pricing was pretty fair and he came on the day he said he was going to come.
