Two technicians arrived on-time and were well-equipped with power washing gear to clean mildew and dirt from our home's siding and fencing. I particularly like the fact that they were able to reach the second floor without the need for ladders or walking on the roof. They did a great job and I was very impressed with their service overall. Will definitely use them again.

Outstanding job and outstanding service. Surfaces looked like new! Very professional. Returned calls, showed up on time, did great work for an excellent price. It doesn't get any better than this. I only wish other service providers were so easy to work with!

Vinyl siding on north side of house was fairly discolored. What a surprise when I arrived home to see how clean the outside was! Even the rain spouts were white again. Great job and I didn't even have to be there.

I have a two-story home and the ad I responded to you was to power wash up to a two-story home. the workers were very polite and courteous. The power spray barely reached the top of my seconf floor bedroom window . I thought they would have brought ladders so they can reach high areas The worker stated that I must have low water pressure since the spray didn't reach that far but I have never had a problem with low water pressure in this home before . I can run the dishwasher and washing machine + have a faucet on and not have a problem with water pressure

really well. there was so confusion as to the job, they accidently cleaned the vinyl siding, but they came back out and cleaned the deck. very happy customer.

He (my wife does not remember his name!) showed up a little earlier then the time window given, which was no problem. We had moved things on the deck that were against the house so it could be cleaned but were told he would have done that for us. We asked if we should move our van out of the driveway so it was not in the way and were told it was not necessary. He cleaned the front and back of our 3 story townhouse (vinyl siding), that had green mold/algae on it, in about an hour. He told us some of the detergent did get on the van so he went ahead and rinsed the van off. House and car cleaned! The house looks great and he was super friendly. I would definitely use Maryland Pro Wash again.

It went well. I contacted 4 companies and they were the first to respond with a quote and a possible appointment time. The appointment had to be changed 3 times due to weather, but I was informed all three times of the next possible appointment date.

They did a fabulous job. We had some miscommunication when the had to reschedule but we worked it out. Everything went well and I would have them again and would recommend them to others.

We have used them previously and the staff is very professional from the scheduler, technicians and owner. The work was completed on time with no issues. Very pleased with the quality work given the reasonable pricing.

Great job and they included steps at no additional cost

This went well -- the final result looks great. I was extremely satisfied. My only issue: the service provider didn't arrive within the 10-noon window. After I left a message with the main office (around 12:10), the technician phoned around 12:30. It would have been better to alert me about late arrival within the window.

I called in October and was told they don't do painting until November, but the lady on the phone would transfer me to the paint manager. He didn't pick up, so I left a message. No call back. November rolls around and I get in touch with them again, only to be told they are booked through mid-December. Obviously not a good time to paint an exterior door, so now I'm out of luck maybe until spring. Pretty angry at the lack of follow-up and how this affected our schedule.

The provider called beforehand to give us an arrival time. He was very punctual. The service itself took about an hour. We are very pleased with the results. The home looks new.1 It definitely adds to the curb appeal.

Easily scheduled appointment via email. Showed up on time and completed work.

Extra sparkly look and great customer service

It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule, but the job was completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them for your power washing needs.

The add states that it will cover exterior brick & siding. However when the service agent arrive he stated the add was only for siding. My home is 95% brick. So I requested a refund

Everything went very well only one exception I am still waiting for my receipt. I paid in cash and did not receive a receipt they said they would mail it I am still waiting almost a week later

The guys from MPW showed up on time and were very friendly. They pressure-washed the house in under an hour. We're generally happy with the results. Couple things to be aware of....One is that the solution they use WILL bleach out anything it touches. Meaning, the deck has now been bleached out in spots, as well as some of the door handles on the exterior doors. Also, I'm afraid that the green algae wasn't completely removed from the siding, as I was able to do with a "high pressure" wash on my own (in areas that I could reach). The guys from MPW explained that the high pressure wash can actually removed the finish from the siding, so that's why they don't do it. I don't know if that's true or not, but they're the pros, so I'll defer to them. All in all, we're happy with how the house turned out.
