MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

Jeff and Frank were scheduled to arrive between 12pm and 2pm. They arrived early and promptly went to work cleaning the exterior of my townhome. They cleaned the front and proceeded to the back of the townhome. I inspected their work and was very pleased. I inquired getting additional jobs performed. Jeff took pictures of the requested work and stated he would follow up with new quotes. The guys were on their way by 12:45pm. This was a great experience.

The providers did an excellent job. The house was brighter and the gutters free of the previous black streaks. I am very pleased with the house washing service.

reaction to completing the job, announcing that they left the shop with all the equipment they could possiblly need. Owner reschedules painters. The evening before the job was to be completed owner called to say his men were not professional enough to get the job done. I would need to request a refund. He further stated he would not be able to do the job under any circumstances. It was a complete disaster as I had already prepared the rooms to be painted by removing funiture, books, etc to accommodate what I thought would be an easier task for the painters. Would never consider using them or recommend them to anyone.

Crew arrived early (not a problem). Crew was polite and efficient. Vinyl cleaned up well. The only shortcoming was that the windows of the house were very spotted afterwards and had to be cleaned separately. We would use this service again.

The company used a combination of cleaner and water spray to clean the aluminum siding. The process took less than 45 minutes and the results were outstanding. I new they had to be quick to do the job for $150, but they did an excellent job and should not need to bring them back for another two years.

These guys are great! I had initially contracted Tony and his crew to paint our new house. They did pretty much every room in the house except the laundry room and 1 bathroom. They did a great job the work was done one time. While they were here painting I told Tony I was pricing out a remodel on our master bath and some of the quotes I had gotten and he asked to throw a bid in.. he listened to what we wanted he told me where we could save and what we would need and we came to an agreement on what we would buy and what he would provide and it ended up lower than any other contractor we had talked to. We hadn't moved in yet and had a lot of different projects going on.. Tony was always willing to help us out anyway he could whether it meant letting guys in to lay carpet or telling the direct TV guy which rooms we wanted cable in. Tony and his team went above and beyond. I feel like these days its so hard to find a contractor that does what they say they are going to do but we never had that problem with them. Tony will be our go to guy for any work we want done on our house. They did a great job! the bathroom is amazing and the paint is perfect! fair, trustworthy & reliable. I highly recommend these guys!!

Tony from Pro Wash sent a superb 3-man crew who worked efficiently to paint walls and trim of the downstairs hallway, door and trim, stairwell walls and trim and upstairs hallway and trim. They were intelligent and friendly, answered all my questions and concerns patiently and left everything clean and looking great. I would definitely have Pro Wash do another painting job.

The company provided an online estimate which was complete and followed up with a phone call. The tech called the morning of the work and showed up when promised. He explained the process and was very nice to work with.

They did a great job. They let us know that our deck shouldn't be power washed because the wood is old and dry and it would splinter, etc. So they washed by hand at no extra cost!

Second time I have used this provider. They are punctual, courteous, and do a fantastic job. I look forward to using MD ProWash for all my future power washing needs.

Working with MPW was a top-notch experience overall. The gentlemen who painted our home were personable and professional. They were diligent in their work and earned my trust and confidence almost immediately. I highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I would like to first start the review commending the friendliness of the two painters that showed up at my door. After some discussion. I realized that the exact terms of the paint job were not clarified. Additionally, a prior date was promised, but no written or verbal phone call was made to change the date. I had to inquire the day before regarding the commitment. Since the painters weren't sure how to proceed. I spoke with their superior and work out terms that were agreeable. I simply needed painters. I had moved all the furniture and covered it with plastic. All wall hangings had been removed prior to their Arrival. So, the agreed term was $675 for 6 hours. I am satisfied with the painters performance. The B is given based upon the overall Interactions with the company.

We had a challenging time frame at peak season to have the house washed the day we were opening our pool. On the day everything was scheduled there were some time conflicts and even though they had a very full schedule they had one of their teams working in our area and after four houses already that day they came and got the job done and the house looks great! Thanks to everyone!!

I purchased a Big Deal with Maryland Pro Wash to paint the outside of our house. When it turned out that the deal would not cover the grooved cedar shingles we have, the company agreed to provide the same square footage of painting for interior rooms at the same price. Three workmen showed up on the agreed upon date, moved the furniture, and applied two coats of Sherwin Williams Super Paint to an area calculated to be a bit greater than that offered in the Big Deal. When the copper waterline supplying our refrigerator ice maker was inadvertently cracked when the workers moved the refrigerator away from the wall for painting, they promptly replaced the copper supply without any question, although the cause of the crack in the copper was the result of a kink made when the refrigerator was originally installed, and not a fault of theirs. The workers were pleasant and professional. I would use them again for other projects.

Overall, very good with minor do-overs. Have used company before and am very satisfied. Contact with office and personnel are very professional and seem like family.

Maryland Pro Wash called 20 minutes before arrival, which was as scheduled. The two man crew confirmed my needs and promptly set to work. They did an outstanding job. I will use them again in the future.

Washed siding, but not brick

After acquiring 4-5 estimates, we went with MD Pro Wash 1) because their price was acceptable, although not the lowest, and 2) primarily because of their rating over a very large number of reviews on this site. The only somewhat frustrating element of the experience was that if office staff were away from their desk, calls were sometimes not returned for 2-3 days. Contacting owner directly was more successful. The 2-man pressure-washing crew did a good, thorough job, although we did need to request a re-rinse of upper-floor windows because cleaning solution hadn't been thoroughly rinsed off the first time. The crew immediately and apologetically complied. The deck staining process (long overdue solid stain over previous darker semi-transparent stain) was delayed by 3-4 attempts to reschedule because of daily rain, but we were kept apprised throughout that process. When weather finally cooperated, Mike did an outstanding job. He was absolutely meticulous,, as well as professional, pleasant, and hard-working, putting in 4 long, hot days and even addressing little things he noticed along the way that needed extra attention. We would confidently recommend Anthony Gibson's MD Pro Wash, and we are considering them for future jobs, as well.

There were some scheduling issues. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00-12:00, 10 July but that time came and went w/o a call. I called the office and the receptionist (not the person who initially called me to schedule) said that she had me down for 2:00-4:00. The crew showed up at around 6:30... However, they did call twice to update me on ETA. Once here, Gary and his helper did a quick, thorough and fantastic job. The place looks and smells great. They even cleaned my deck furniture. Excellent work and value - just initial communication issues. Will call a couple of times to reconfirm appointments in the future.

Paint job was great. The rooms were slightly larger than what the deal permitted, but he worked with me and completed all rooms and compromised by doing one coat vs two in the largest room. The paint still looked great, and two coats wasn't even necessary. The only complaint is that the painters arrived late,despite confirming the time several times prior to the appointment, which caused a bit of an issue for us, as we both had to be to work.

I had to reschedule. They worked with me on that. Dissapointed that they were not able to get the highest part of our siding. They said it was rust. I think it needed to be scrubed closer. Otherwise. They did a very good job.

Maryland pro wash did a great job! Everything looks fresh and clean. Our shed looks brand new. The guys set up quickly and did a great job.
