MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

Took a long time to schedule the work, but most of that was my fault. We had other work that had to be done on the place, and it took almost a year to actually schedule and have the work done. Tony was patient, and good to work with. When the work was finally schedule, the guys showed up on time, got the job done, and the work was satisfactory.

The painter had a little trouble finding us, but arrived and quickly made up for lost time. He was very polite, congenital, and pleasant to have in our home. It happened to be the day that a record breaking blizzard was predicted for our area and I would have understood if he had canceled. He did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely. I look forward to having more work done by this company.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Every guy on the team was professional and took pride in their work. They really did everything they could to be helpful! Not on the paid list was a stinky kitchen drain that was waiting for attention, without charge they helped me, and I was the wallpaper remover and their tips were very helpful! I was working against a deadline and Tony helped figure out how to get me across the finish line. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I purchased the big deal of 2 interior painters for a day. Initially getting hold of them was a bit hard, but once I spoke with Tony he was able to fit me . While I could not be there due to work, my sister house sat for me while Maryland Pro Wash came and painted my home. They did a great job. I even ran out of paint at one point (builder grade walls I tell ya) which I was able to call in over the phone and they picked it up. You would think, man they are going to take forever to come back. NOPE. My sister said they came right back in 35 mins, paint in hand. No paint on the floors and they even patched up a spot on my dry wall that was bulging out. Would I hire them again? Most definitely.

They were supposed to come from 1-5. They then called and said they would need to come at 10. I took time off of work to make it at 10. They walked in and said that the room was larger than what the deal said. I said that I would pay the extra if they did the job. I also said they could just do one coat. Eventually Tony agreed. He came with 5 men. They opened a can of paint and started to mix it. They moved one credenza with a television on it. They also disconnected the TV and internet. Tony then started talking about how he was losing money on the deal, etc. I requested that he stop being so negative. He then decided that he would not perform the service. He told his men that they were leaving. They were not able to to reconnect the TV correctly. I have now lost half a day's pay and have to pay for a repairman to come out and reconnect the TV. He was outrageously rude, unprofessional, and angry.

Got a good deal through Angie's List Big Deal. Service provider was responsive, courteous and punctual. Would do business with them again.

They were prompt, quick and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and my house looked great. Price was very reasonable

Maryland Pro Wash arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job cleaning my siding.

We are selling our home and received a list of repairs with supporting photos from the buyer's appraiser. We had 5 days to get a written estimate, and then had to quickly get the repairs done in order to settle by 12/31/15. I left a message for Maryland Pro on 12/9 and the morning of 12/10 Anthony Gibson called me. i was very happy with the fast response, and was ready to use him for that reason alone. At least 5 companies had ignored my messages. I told him about the repairs and the time sensitive nature. He gave me his email to send the information. Withing a few hours, he said that it would be "about 3,000". I said that I needed it in writing for the bank, and he said he would send me the written estimate that evening. That was the last that i have heard from him. Since 12/10, I have emailed him twice and left 2 voice mails. I had already given his name to the bank, and everything was at a standstill waiting for his quote. His lack of professionalism, cost us time that we did not have. Mr. Gibson should have told me that he was too busy to do the work and I would have called someone else. This behavior is the reason that the entire industry is so hated. Companies that won't put their prices in writing, and that expect you to give them the ok to start work with just a verbal cost. I gave Maryland Pro a "B" for his price, because we have a contractor now that is doing the work for $2,600, so he was a bit higher.

Maryland Pro Wash was able to schedule my service wtihin days of my request. My painters Mike and Todd were great. Although one arrived late, the other began work immediately, and they both worked efficiently all day. Since I had moved and covered the furniture the day before, they were able to finish the family room and kitchen in time to take on additional painting, including painting the front hallway, freshening up some trim, and painting 2 doors for me. They even assisted me with moving furniture back into place and made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with, the paint job looks great, and I would definitely use them again!

Our experience was almost completely satisfactory. The men were punctual, polite and needed very little assistance in getting right to work. My primary intent for hiring a power wash service was to remove the layer of mildew formed over the past three years on the north facing second floor of our house. For this the power wash was completely successful and well worth the price. There were three items of minor dissatisfaction: the power wash methodology is not powerful enough to clean some bug stains off the siding, especially where exterior lights attract bugs on a nightly basis. Secondly, I discovered I have several second story windows with an unappealing film left on them that will be awkward to clean as we have single hung, not double hung windows. There are also a couple spots on siding below 2d story windows, where water/solution from the cleaning flushed out the window sills and drained down the vinyl siding. Because the sills had collected airborne dirt over time, this dribble out of the sills left a soil stain on the siding which I'll have to remove with a scrub brush on a long pole. I think the first issue has more to do with the capabilities and limitations of power washing in general, and should not be considered a negative reflection on this company. The second and third could have been rectified if a closer inspection of the completed work had been done by them, or by me before I let them depart. I suspect homeowners encounter this whomever they hire. Having done this the first time and learned a few things, I would do it all over again, and I have no reason not to call this company when I have another cleaning done in 2 or 3 years into the future. Thank you for the good $199 deal, the immediate response to contact me after purchasing the Angie's List deal, and the very open and accommodating scheduling. If my neighbors ask who did the power wash I will recommend this company; that's why I asked the worker for several business cards.

I called Anthony at Pro Wash to ask for as estimate. He scheduled a time by that same week which I really appreciated. After a few days of not hearing anything I called Anthony and asked him about my inquiry. He said that he drove by the property and decided that the work I requested (a building spot cleaning) wasn't a good choice of work and that I would be in a better spot if I cleaned the whole building. I understand and appreciate the information but it was the appropriate and professional thing to do to let the prospective client have that information once the decision was made. I don't think a phone call was too much to ask for and it would have saved me the time of following up with him only to be rudely dismissed.

Everything was great! They showed up on time and with ample workers. They did a great job and the house looked really nice. When they left, everything was as they left it. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. Exceptional service!!

On time, understood muliple color wall locations and worked while I returned to work. One oainter gave me advice on coverage and was very efficient in understanding my "flexible" directirions. The other was friendly and understood my concerns in my cat escaping. My walls and ceilings were rough textured and had 11 yrs of trapped dust and candle smoke that just smeared when washed with TSP. Cream walls, red ceiling and accent walls, bright white woodwork and gray metal vents came out beautifully. Already recommended to others and would not hesitate hiring again (after moving a lot of furniture). Highest recommendation.

Everything went without a hitch and glad to see it done. Beats scrubbing and the pressure wash allowed us to put down a nice coat of sealant which will keep us out of the scrubbing for another 4.5 years. Thanks!

They arrived in the morning at the appointed time. The introduced themselves and explained exactly what they were going to do. It took them approximately 1 1/2 hours to do my whole house, 2 stories. Everything went exactly as explained and they did a wonderful job.

Maryland Pro Wash was great! I needed to have 4 rooms and a stairwell painted in my house, and needed a quick turn around. MPW had no problem accommodating me. The job was completed 3 days after I initially contacted them, 3 days! Two painters showed up on time and got right to work. They were very nice and very professional. They did a great job! It looks great! They completed the job in a timely manner and even painted my front door for me as well. It is nice when you find a good company that you can trust, I will certainly now use MPW for all of my painting needs, and recommend you do the same!

The service guys were great. Called to let us know about when in the two hour window they would be at our house. And they arrived right about when they said they would and did a complete and thorough cleaning and rinsing of our siding, gutters and Windows. The house looked wonderful when they finished up about an hour later. We were pleased with the work and of course the great deal thru Angie's list

Several miscommunications - attempting to accomplish this near the end of August. I provided the dates available, requested dates available, requested a Saturday and requested that water be brought to the site. The first message from them was that they needed my address first before even providing me with a date. They stated they could do a Saturday, then said they could not at a later date. A date was finally agreed upon, and it was stated they would bring the water to wash the home and there was no need for me being present. On the date service was to finally occur - 2 Sep - they called and said they arrived and I was not home so they left. I chose not to give this company another chance - nearly two weeks to come to an agreement - or so I thought - nothing was done afterall.

Professional and polite crew did an amazing job and it took less than 2 hrs. Will definitely be calling them back in the spring.

Due to heavy rain the day the service was performed, there were a few spots that still looked dirty. I sent the company a message about this. The company immediately responded to my message on my Angie's account and also contacted me by telephone. They sent a crew out and redid the areas immediately. Would I use this company again - most definitely! This is a company that really wants to please their customers!

Made an appointment for Maryland Pro Wash to clean my house. The technicians was scheduled to be at my house between 10:00 and 12:00 on 10 Sep. At 12 I called the office to find out what happened to the technician. I was informed that my appointment had been changed to 16:00 to 18:00. I asked way the appointment was changed and I was not told about the change. I was told that she did not know but I should have been called. By 16:00 the weather had become very bad with heavy rain and thunder. The tech call, telling me that it would not be safe to do the house in this weather. I very much agreed with him and did not want anyone to get hurt. The tech and I talked for a few minutes about the change in the appointment and he said that he would talk to the owner and reschedule the appointment. It has been a week and no one has called.
