MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

They pressure washed the house and did a great job. They even made sure to spray my car down to avoid getting cleaner on it. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

The sides and the rear of the house looks fine, front of the house downspout were not clean and the chemical they used to clean, killed a bush in my front yard. Attempted to call them twice after the service and they never called back

Excellent job, got rid of all of the mold / stains on the exterior siding.

I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I finally made an appointment for Wednesday, April 27, 2016. The week before they were to come, I sent an email confirming the date. They responded with confirmation of the 4-27-16 date. On 4-27-16 they did not show up. ;I called Tracie in their office, and was told that she changed the apt. to Thursday, 4-28-16, but forgot to advise me of the change. On 4-28-16, they did not show up again. Once again, I called, and was told we were scheduled for Friday, 4-29-16. I told her it was for Thursday and insisted they send someone out that day. They finally did come on Thursday. After they were finished pressure washing my house, I did not have electricity in 3 bathrooms and the refrigerator. I called and was told that sometimes water gets into the outlets and electricity goes out until it dries. Why don't they take precautions so this doesn't happen?? It took a few days for the outlet to dry and the electricity finally came back on. Although they did a good job of cleaning the house, their scheduling is very poor. Very disappointed with their service and would not use or recommend them.

The guys arrived on time and reviewed what they would be doing. They did an amazing job. Not only does the pathway look brand new but they cleaned up all the debris after the job. I would highly recommend them...and will definitely use them in the future.

After a little snafu with scheduling, everything went perfectly. The two technicians that came to our home were extremely polite and professional. The job was completed in a short amount of time and the house looks great! Thank you all for everything.

They showed up on time and actually a little early. The house definitely looks better but there were some areas where dirt remained. To me, it seemed like they rushed through the job. As it's our first time having a home power washed, I have nothing to compare it to.

The provider came to my home early, set up quickly, washed my siding and windows, rinsed my siding and windows, and cleaned up when finished. My home hasn't looked this good in years!

We were extremely impressed and satisfied with not only the excellent job they did painting but their knowledge and customer service. They were professional , courtesy and accommodating. We will definitely hire them again to do other projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to our neighbors , friends and family members

The work was done quickly and the house siding was cleaned quite nicely!

Two guys arrived on time and did a great job. I was very clear about having a priority area that I could not reach myself and required a ladder over stairs and a 2-story foyer wall over my first floor hallway. They were able to apply 2 coats to the upper hallway and the entire stairway area I couldn't reach. They even repaired some nail and molly bolt holes I couldn't reach which was greatly appreciated. They took 1/4 of the time I would have and all I have left is a few walls on the first floor. They didn't even have to tape - able to cut in and did a great job so you know they've been painting for a long time. I have trim and ceilings I need painted and will go to Maryland Pro Wash before I go anywhere else for an estimate. Thanks very much! The date of service is approximate. I prepaid so when the weather improved, pressure washing could be done. I bought the Deal from Angie's list, then they quoted an additional price to do my deck and front (kitchen) steps. It was very cold snap when I purchased the deal. They were very attentive and responsive each week as we waited for temperatures to "warm". That took a while and they touched base with me often. Maryland Pro Wash did a great job cleaning. They are very professional, communicative, friendly - I was very impressed - which is not easily done.

Overall great. Had one little hiccup with scheduling, but then to correct, the company made sure to rectify ASAP. Tracey was wonderful to work with. They even came out on the weekend to compete the job. Very simple; did not even have to be home- could just come home to a house the looked wonderful. Our house is 15 years old, and until this year did not look bad. But with the wet weather, one side of the house had green all the way to the top. Since we have a walk out, it would have involved my husband getting out tall ladders to take care of. This was one of those times where you say money well spent. I see so many homes in our neighborhood with the north facing sides looking green and I'm tempted to knock on doors and tell them about your service (my husband even offered to put a sign in our yard). From the moment I booked the deal through Angie's List, this company was on point! I had a response to my booking within one hour and she was just as pleasant as could be. She assisted me with scheduling my appointment within five days!! She told me exactly what to expect and that they'd arrive rain or shine. It was refreshing to have someone call who was genuinely interested in providing outstanding customer service. When the crew arrived (and they were on time!), they were polite and thorough. He explained everything they'd be doing and asked if I had any questions before they started. I did in fact have one question: In the fall, I made the mistake of attempting to pressure wash the siding myself, which turned into a bunch of very noticeable curly-cue patterns on my house. Oops! I asked if they could fix it. He stated that he may not be able to fix my mistake since they use a low pressure system that doesn't damage the siding . . . oh, if only I had known that before my attempt. After they were complete, he let me know that they were finished and showed me the areas that were done. Everything looked great and smelled great! Then he proceeded to show me the area he fixed for me that I had damaged last fall. Wahoo! They fixed my mistake! What great pride they took in their work. It's so rare to find such great service from beginning to end. The entire team at Maryland Pro Wash is fantastic! It's great to see a locally owned business that truly cares about it's customers and their reputation.

They did a good job. There was a little issue with the pricing but we were able to work it out.

We had a few hiccups with scheduling, both the provider and myself were responsible. The guys that came and did the work were prompt, super friendly, and very patient. My husband had to run out to grab more paint. The deal was for painting walls only. I thought that some light prep and patching was included but they didn't do that. So the room looks better but not as great as I would have hoped. Stil, I would consider using this company again.

Great! Two workers showed up on time, went right to work. We had all the rooms cleaned out, electrical fixtures taken care of, and plenty of paint. They worked a full 8 hours.. and even cleaned a high window and ceiling fan to use up the remaining time. They did a great job listening to what WE wanted. Money well spent.

The employees were very professional and did a fabulous job! The house looked great. In fact, several neighbors asked if I had had the house painted (so yea, I guess it was a much needed cleaning!).

Looks great. Everything I could have asked for in a power washing.
