MPW Painting/Maryland Pro Wash

The 2 workers arrived on time. They went quickly to work setting up their equipment. They did a good job cleaning the siding, the one side of the house really needed it badly! When they completed their work, we walked around each side of the house allowing me to critique their work, which appeared to be well done.

Maryland Pro Wash did an excellent job. I was really happy with the results. I was surprised that all the moss and dirt came right off. This was the first time I had my home washed in over 10 years. The team arrived early and got right to work. They were very professional.

The siding looked new when they finish. I was very pleased with the job. I would recommend them to anyone needing a pressure washing job completed professionally.

Got the job done very well and quickly. Service men were professional and even cleaned my garage door at no extra fee. We needed someone who could bring their own water (we live on a well), and it was only a modest fee for them to do so. I think we paid an extra $100-$150 for the water .... a wise investment for us and our well.

It was good. There was an additional charge. It took a while to get it all scheduled and set up. The initial quote was supposed to happen earlier in the contract and it fell off. It went on like a year or something like that. They should have more follow up on the initial estimate.

The guys came out early, very cordial and easy to get along with. Explained the use of chemicals and went to work. They finished, I looked things over and we said goodbye. It went well and I'd hire again.

They completed my basement and it looks amazing!!! I have hired them 2 more times to do more work and I have recommended them to several friends and family... They built an amazing bathroom with walk in shower - tile work and all... Awesome mancave - and the best value for the price! Protectionists and very good at giving us ideas and adding those little finishing touches that give it the "wow" factor... They do great work - Power washing, painting, carpentry, drywall, deck refinishing, total basement refinishing!

He did a great job, exterior of house looks like new. We will definitely use this company again, but we didn't realize the solution being used would be toxic to the plants and bushes around our house (next time, we'll be sure to cover the plants with plastic tarps prior to treatment).

The guys did a great job. They worked fast and were very courteous. I had mentioned that I had other work for them to look at and give me a price but the finished and packed up and were ready to go so I guessed that they were not interested in more work. I had a deck, rails and steps to be done and the concrete pool deck. But what they did do was very good

Very well. They arrived quite timely, did the job efficiently (half a day), and I am satisfied with the job done. They were courteous and attentive. The only problem we had is in getting in touch with them to schedule the appointment, we called multiple times before they got back to us. After that, the appointment was scheduled just a few days later, which worked perfectly for us. Will use again!

house looks great but asked them to wash down a small bees nest at the gable of the house and it wasn't done...told me it would be no problem but it wasn't done and never mentioned when they left....I didn't get to see the house for a couple of days as I left to go out of town...when I came back and checked it wasn't done....house pressure wash was good....

The two men showed up on time in a pickup truck and I thought they did a good job. I was disappointed however that they did not power wash the brick on my house. (house is half brick and half siding) They only power washed the siding. Although they did mention that before they came out. (I called and specifically inquired just before they came out) This is also the first time I have had a house power washed. To do the bricks was a significant additional charge. I thought they did a good job on the siding. They missed a spot or two..my fault for not inspecting closer. (I might be more of a perfectionist) But It made a big difference in the look and cleanliness of my home. I am about to have the house painted and was advised to have this done beforehand. Glad I did. The servicemen were friendly and very helpful as well. The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful as well. They were nice to do business with. Not the cheapest option in town but I'd recommend them.

Excellent job. The communication with the main office could have been better, though.

The service went well. There was an additional $75 on top of the Big Deal because I had them do a lot more additional stuff. They did not come out quickly because there was a computer glitch. We eventually got together and everything worked out great. They are good. I have used them twice now.

I purchased a Deal from Maryland Pro Wash another vendor failed to show. My appointment was promptly scheduled and the work was performed within 2 weeks. Jeff and his colleague arrived within the time frame given. They worked quickly and the siding/brick came out very clean. My only complaint is that had I been informed of over spray, I would have moved my vehicle further away to keep it from getting the chemical on it (a small amount). I would recommend and use them again.

They were very timely about making the appointment and the painter arrived on time. He had drop cloths and was very conscientious about spills or making a mess. He was a good painter and he was very personable and friendly.

The painting was completed a a little over 2 hours. Roland intentified a problem with one area over the tub because of the darker paint that was originally there, but he did a good job of caring for it. Both Tony and Roland were responsive and helpful. Nice to have a contractor who came in a quickly got to work and finished up well.

They're a great company to work with. They were very flexible with schedule the work around you schedule. They arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Would not hesitate to hire them again.
