Tony and the guys at Maryland Pro Wash did the most amazing job washing and painting the house. I had found them on Angie's List and initially was surprised that they did interior painting since I'd heard about them previously as a power wash company. Thankfully, since it was winter, they had time to fit our project into their busy schedule. WOW. It's amazing how fabulous everything looks now. Our house is transformed! Not only was the work done extremely well, but the work crew was great. In the 3 days MD ProWash was here, probably 5 different guys were on job site. Each was extremely professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Pros they certainly are. Looking forward to working with them again. Now I'm starting to wish we weren't moving it looks so great!

I contracted Maryland Pro Wash of Maryland to remodel my bathroom in my 3-bedroom ranch home after previous contractor falsely advertised project on Angies List. It is January 21st 2017 and the project is incomplete. After promises from the contractor that he would order a few items, he would be back to finish. Hasn’t happened with no communication. So, I have finished the project myself. Maryland Pro Wash came out to the house and agreed to the advertised price of a complete bathroom remodel. They also stated that the job would take 8 days to complete. Great! The project was to start on October 17th, 2016. Unfortunately, I had scheduling conflict and the project started on October 18th with o reservations from Maryland Pro Wash. The project started on October 18th at 9:00 am. Demolition started well and they piled up debris on the side of my driveway. The demolition went well except when it came to the tub, they were ill prepared to move it that day. They only were on the jobsite for 5 hours. Over the next 3 days, they only spent 15 hours on the job and I thought, somethings not right here. I did offer that they could work as late as they wanted, no time restrictions. They also created a large mess in the house and outside in my driveway. The project continued and just about every day they worked shortened days. They also would have to run back and forth to Home Depot for supplies. I had a scheduling conflict one day and they agreed to make it on the end of the project. Twelve days into the project, the project manager left the country to go to Africa. I was able to convince them they could work on the project without him. The bathroom was “Functional” at this point in time but not completed. All of the work that was done on the remodel was at “Amateur” level, definitely not a professional, what I paid for. They came back, multiple times to correct flaws in the paint, finish and flooring. The grout between the tiles keeps coming out. I have radiant baseboard heat in the bathroom and they dissembled it during demolition. They threw away many of external parts of the system. The owner said he would order new parts and install them. Months have gone by and no parts or installation. I ordered the parts and installed them 2 weekends ago myself. I gave up and have had to go back and correct the problems myself to get the professional look that I expected. I had to clean up and remove all of the leftover debris that was left on the driveway. If you were looking at hiring Maryland Pro Wash as a contractor, I would tell you to stay clear if you want your project to be done in a professional manner.

They were very professional. The job done was good and they professionally cleaned up after the work. Overall, very good experience.

The work was conducted during a rainy day. The white siding was a little cleaner (i.e. the filthy spots became dingy spots) but not a bright white. The bleach solution left streaks on the glass door and windows. This was easily cleaned with Windex. Wondered if the outcome would of been more successful if the work was completed on a dry sunny day.

I was excited when I was able to schedule a next day appointment for an estimate. The previous painter that was referred to me no called/no showed twice. I was given a 2 hour window for when someone would arrive. 5 minutes before the end of that time frame, no one had arrived. I called Maryland Pro Wash and spoke with a lady who explained that the person coming to do my estimate must've gotten held up at a previous job. She apologized for the no call and that she would reach out to the estimator and call me back. She called me back and confirmed what she told me, and that someone would be at my house within 30 minutes. About 20 minutes later, the guy shows up and apologizes for the lateness. We go through the house and he takes note of what I need done. He then takes down my email address, gives me a business card and says he'll email a proposal that night. By the time I wake up the next day, I checked all my email folders, no proposal had arrived. I wait one day, still nothing. I call the number on the business card and the guy on the phone tells me that he didn't come out for my estimate, it was probably Tony (different name on the business card). He tells me that he'd contact Tony and have him resend the proposal. If I didn't get it within an hour, to call him back since the email address was probably incorrect. An hour passes, still no proposal. Call the guy back and ask him to forward the email address that I'll text him, to Tony, and he says sure. Text him the address, no acknowledgement. End of the day comes, and not surprisingly, I still have no proposal.

I was very pleased with responsiveness, punctuality and the finished work. The house looks 100% better. Additionally, I mentioned that I found their company on Angie's List and was given a discount on the base price!

Maryland Pro Wash worked out very well. They were very thorough. They came in. They did a great job. I had very good interactions with them. The work that they did turned out outstanding. I definitely would recommend them. Yes, I would use their services again in the future.

It was fantastic. They did a great job. They scheduled me within a week. I wasn't even here, I showed up. I was concerned originally, you know when you are not here that you are not going to get quite the service unless you are there watching. But, the next morning when I went out to look at the house, they did an incredible job. I will definitely use them again. They scheduled it within a week. They scheduled to come back and take care of it and they did. I think it was about 5 days later. I didn't have any issues with them. The guy was really easy to get along with as far as trying to schedule it and trying to get it in. I am extremely happy with it. That was the price and they did the entire house. There was no worst, the best part was probably how smooth everything went. From when I purchased it to the work actually being done. I didn't think anything could be that easy. The quality...it would have to be just the little things. Like for example, the awnings on the top level away from the deck. Areas that you would think they might miss, wouldn't get as much attention because it's in the far corners and stuff but this guy did an incredible job. The entire house...he cleaned it all thoroughly. My house hasn't been power-washed in probably around 7 years. So it was pretty grainy and it looks like it's brand new.

Very well... actually had neighbors asking if I'd gotten a new roof.

My experience was almost identical to that of a reviewer who wrote on December 15, 2015. We are also selling our home and needed minor exterior repairs (including window replacement) and painting. After accepting a bid of $3,500 they were scheduled to paint on November 14, 2016 based on their instructions that it would be easier to paint while the old windows were in place. Then they told us we should replace the windows before they painted. So we replaced the windows and now on December 1, they told us they are fully scheduled and can't do the work until next Spring. Who believes that? Now we've been delayed and whoever we hire next will need to tape off the new windows. Thanks Maryland Pro Wash and Anthony Gibson.

This painting was done at a steady pace and looks great. The two men were tidy and professional. I would hire them again

This was excellent, very professional and I couldn’t ask for a better opportunity to do business with them. Thy arrived a little bit earlier, they explained everything to me and they did an exceptional job. This was my first time and if you see the house you would say A+++. He pointed out some things out to me and he listened to what I was saying and he said he could take care of it and he did. I would recommend them.

Todd arrived exactly on time. He was very polite and did a wonderful job. He cleaned up when he was finished and my house looked beautiful. I thought the price was a bargain. I would definitely hire them again.

Arrived on time. Explained what was going to be done. Called me when work was completed and walked the premises with me to assure that I was happy with results. Also told me that it should be done every 2 years.

I asked two areas to be done and they weren't. I didn't think they came to do the work, they didn't leave and paper work. The other areas of the house was fine...

They did an exceptional job! They were able to complete almost the whole condo in an 8 hour period (two painters). They were wet professional and friendly.
