Both projects went beautifully! John and Marirose came personally to do the site visits and give quotes, which was an excellent personal touch that other companies we reached out to did not provide. John's knowledge of the industry and the work needed to complete the job helped us understand how he built the quotes, and made it feel much less like a sales call than other companies.

The crew arrived early every day and worked quickly and efficiently. The Capozzi's are very pleasant to work with and go the extra mile to make sure we're satisfied. They've done work for us before (insulated replacement windows and doors, and a new roof), and we plan to use them for other projects in the near future.

great job, professional, nice people

The overall price was very competitive, but workers were less than professional. They came out and did a great job of walking us through the options and designing a door while making suggestions. But during/after the installation, things went south. One worker appeared to be new, and appeared to be having problems. They left a scratch on our threshold, which they came back (another half day off work) and fixed by using a magic marker. Our doorbell doesn't work, and we've repeatedly called their electrician to get him to come out. He finally answered, and told us, laughing, I only work from 7:30-4:00. So now we are trying to schedule another day off work. They were very pushy about the date to install the door, but we pushed back, and they finally worked with us. Overall, the door is beautiful and the price is good. If you can put up with spotty customer service and possible installation issues, they aren't bad. My lower rating is the result of the customer service after the sale and not the product.

It went exactly as Energy Wizard said it would. The lead time (ARO) was consistent with expectations, the crew (and materials) arrived on time on the day of install and the job was completed when they said it would be. We are very pleased with the results and would gladly recommend Energy Wizard to friends and would also consider them for future work on our house.

Energy Wizard met with us and helped us navigate the world of decking and deck structures. They counseled and advised us on both the positive and negative aspects of each decision point so that we could make the best informed decision that was right for us. They were very responsive and supportive when we had questions or concerns. They treated us very well and made sure that we were happy with their work product.

They gave us a great price and the installation couldn't have been smoother. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for work done at a fair price by honest people.

Great. Very professional and efficient.

It went great. We are in the final stages of work and our downstairs bath looks wonderful. It is better than expected. The two crew members, Rich and Jamie, were prompt, friendly, neat and always made sure the house/garage was cleaned up and everything put away each day. The bulk of the work has taken two weeks. There is still some loose ends but we are now waiting for shower doors to come in which will be installed by the company we ordered from. Rich, the project manager, will be here for the installation and then do the finishing touches and any minor repairs, if needed, from the door installation. John, the owner is absolutely wonderful as well. He is fair, very responsive, and very honest. He works with you and ensures you are happy with every phase of the work. He provides names, phone numbers and addresses of all the subcontractors you need to touch base with to pick out the various items needed for the remodel. He gives you a fair and approximate budget to help you stay within your price range. This is the first of three bathrooms to remodel but we will be back, hopefully soon, to start bath #2. If you want a great job go with Energy Wizard! They are a terrific company and we highly recommend.

John and Marirose sat with us and explained all the options. When I couldn't decide between 2 colors, they drove out and helped me decide - Marirose has a great eye for detail! We love our door and get tons of compliments on it!

Energy Wizard is very personable and professional. They came recommended by a friend of mine as being top notch, quick and good honest people. I agree completely. John Capozzi ( the owner) called after each part of the job to update us and to see if we had any questions. He was quick to respond to any emails I send...which is tough to do with so many clients. Rich, who did most of the work, was very friendly also. He explained what he was doing or what he did. We had several estimates and Energy Wizard did have a fair price. We are hiring them again to do our master bath. pictures show old tub and tile walls removed and then the new tub, walls and then with the sliding glass doors. That is all that was done. Still old tile floor.

Marcus and Walter were efficient, friendly and competent, replacing decades old, foggy glass with easy-to-clean, energy saving new windows in a very short time. I am thrilled with the new views, just in time for a snowstorm!

Energy Wizard / John Capozzi called the manufacture who supplied a replacement window. This window was located on the second floor, above a 10/12 pitch first floor roof and the installers, working from the outside, removed the old thermopane and replaced it in less then 30 minutes.

Energy Wizard was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. They kept me informed throughout the process and promptly answered all of my questions. The installation was seamless and I couldn't be happier with the results! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
