The dry rotting columns created a very serious safety issue and the contractor (John) agreed that the issue was a serious safety concern and needed to be corrected quickly. The estimate was agreed to and the contract was setup and dates were finalized all within 24 hrs and very surprisingly they were going to be able to do the work the following week. The scheduled date the workers came on time, worked extremely diligently and were extremely courteous. The two gentlemen asked questions if needed and showed me where water damage was coming from. They were able to complete the job within 1 day and were respectful while I was working from home during this time. At the end they cleaned up porch and front yard so well you could not tell they were even there or did any work and asked if I needed anything else before considering the job completed. Thanks Again to Energy Wizard and their great staff. I will recommend them to others and use them for any future work if possible.

Before they even came out to give me an estimate, we emailed each other numerous times as we shared ideas about what would work the best with my home. Fortunately, I already had the full Provia door catalogue that they gave me at a trade show. They did all this before I even gave them a penny. They were very personable and easy to talk to. Customer service was outstanding. As far as the installation was concerned, the carpenters were prompt, friendly, and very efficient. It was obvious that they each had at least a few decades of experience. They explained all the nuances of these fabulous doors and the warranty.they left the job site impeccably clean. I received a call from the owner about an hour after the job was complete to make sure I was completely satisfied.

John and Marirose Carpozi are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. They are so friendly that you feel like they were friends that you had for years instead of contractors that you just met. Marirose has a great "eye" for color and design and know what will look good in your home. She guides you but does not push you into a decision. They are flexible when working with your schedule and your family needs. All around a great experience.

This contractor was very prompt in coming to discuss the work involved and to give a basic bid that day. John was able to answer all of our questions and concerns regarding new doors and the details of their installation. His workers showed up on time and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. They too were very cooperative during the work and more than willing to discuss the details of what they were doing during the process. The final product looks great and the clean-up was also very good.

My kitchen turned out absolutely perfect. My kitchen is small and I could never have imagined it could not only be beautiful but so much more functional. John and Mary Rose (Energy Wizard) sat down and helped me design and plan everything. They helped me every step of the way and were never more than a phone call away. I was always able to get in contact of them even when they were on vacation; unbelievable. Energy Wizard is the real deal, honesty and integrity seem to be their motto. The price of the project was more than fair for the job they did. They started when they were supposed to, came back every day they were supposed to until the job was done. The installers especially Ted was extremely knowledgeable, very particular and just did an all around great job. I feel these folks went over and beyond to make me a happy camper, which I certainly am. Didn't know initially that this company did every kind of home improvement (because of the name) thought they only did jobs pertaining to energy, electric etc, but these folks do it all. They also installed my new windows, another superior job. From now on I will no longer be shopping around when I need home repairs. I will go right to John and Mary Rose, they do it right and they do it all. One Stop Shop.

Once again, I called upon Energy Wizard in an emergency after a storm. My new gutter was damaged in the storm and they came the day I called and assess the damage and replaced it a few days later. Always the best customer service and quick response!

Did not receive an estimate as expected. Called to ask if they were still planning on sending one. Took my info and said they would call back. Three days later (two weeks overall from their in-home visit), I followed up to inquire about the estimate once more. They said they couldn't provide one because they could not determine any possible damage beneath the surface of the exterior. I asked then why couldn't they tell me this before instead of me 1) waiting to get an estimate via email, regular mail or call or 2) having to call back a couple of times. This was a complete waste of time. The best business practice would have been to inform me as soon as they knew they couldn't provide an estimate instead of keeping me waiting for one. Poor, just poor!

Great. The contractor had to remove and make updates and adjustments to our original moldings to align with our new front door and storm door. We were very pleased with the finished product which enhanced the look and really brought out the new moldings in alignment with our new doors. My husband used touch up paint for a very minor section to the top of the storm door otherwise everything was excellent. The owners and the installers were very customer friendly oriented. We will more than likely use this contractor again.

Energy Wizard did an excellent job. They contacted us when the door was delivered to their site and scheduled a date for installation. Since it was going to rain on the install date they called to schedule a different date. They do this to ensure that your entryway doesn't get muddy, and so they can keep the materials dry. The men who installed the door were professional. They uninstalled our old door/sidelights and installed the new one without any problems. They installed the new door hardware and noticed that the keyless entry was the wrong kind. We had to wait about seven weeks to get the new keyless entry installed, which seemed to be long, but in the end, we are very pleased with the door and the job that Energy Wizards did for us.

They removed all the old deck flooring some of which was rotted. In addition they completely rebuild the stairs one of which had also rotted which caused the side stair support to rot. The old deck railings with warped so they removed those as well. They replaced all with maintenance fee composite decking. They wrapped the exposed outside support in matching vinyl. The crew arrived on time each day and even finished a day ahead of schedule and the yard was cleared on all debris when they left.

Our 1st experience with Energy Wizard. The install technicians Antonio and Rich were knowledgeable and attentive to their work. John, the owner, kept in touch on the project to ensure that everything went smoothly. A good installation - and the product and work look great!

The install went great. It was clear that the contractors that showed up from Energy Wizard to do the door installed were well versed in door installations. In fact, they discovered something that was completely unexpected but were able to remedy the situation and finish the door install. Our new door, the trim inside and out, and the new numbers for our address look amazing. All in all I was amazingly satisfied with Energy Wizard's service and after vetting three other companies that were offering similar services, I am beyond convinced that I made the best decision.

Went very well. The door itself was installed professionally with no problem. The screen door took a little longer but the work did not require me to be at home. The manufacturer shipped an incorrect item or a part was missing( I don't remember exactly) but the error was recognized by the installer and the correct part was ordered. Finishing the screen door took two extra trips. They contacted me as soon as they received the needed parts and scheduled a time to finish the job. I am very pleased with the door.

Both jobs were done by Ted and Zach. All work was of top quality. They are competent craftsmen, professional and friendly. They arrived on time and finished the work as promised. Our trim was originally all wood and was in poor shape so it was replaced with low maintenance plastic materials. The trim around the garage doors was replaced and covered with aluminum facing. We would certainly recommend Energy Wizard and plan to get them involved when we are ready to re-do our bathroom.

John and his wife (Rose?) did an informative presentation. Zach was hard working, spending time from early in the morning until he completed the job after the sunset. He was very professional in his work and very helpful in making sure I could operate the lock on the door. Although he encountered a few minor problems with the install, he was able to satisfactorily resolve them. Only problem that couldn't be resolved onsite was a problem with the screen frame condition but he promised me a new one in the next couple weeks. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new doors and will consider using them in the future.

Our 2nd experience with Energy Wizard. We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the installation. John, the owner, keeps a close eye on the project and makes certain that everything goes smoothly. He regularly follows up to make certain that customers are completely satisfied. Recommend highly!

Both Zachary and Ken worked very hard to install a tight fitting door due to the way builders of our home originally installed the old door. Zach and Ken spent 8 hours without a break to install our door correctly and to their own satisfaction. Zach would not leave until he was satisfied with his work as we were.

Met with John, the owner, to discuss the project. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We like the ProVia doors that he uses. His two installers showed up right on time and they removed our old door and installed the new one. They kept the work area clean and vacuumed up at the end of the job. The installation is perfect and we are very happy with our new door and with Energy Wizard. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

After having our sliding glass door broken, we were in need of a replacement version. We initially attempted to have just the glass replaced, but were unable to find a group to do that. I then considered replacing just the sliding door myself, but was skeptical about my ability to accurately measure, properly order, and then smoothly install the new version, and so we decided to go the professional route. I was glad to work with the Energy Wizard family. After explaining our desire to have the door replaced ASAP (the family not being happy with a boarded up porch door), John was able to make some time the next day to make the measurements & provide an estimate. It took a couple of days to nail down the details, then we had about 2 1/2 weeks while waiting for the (of course) custom size door to be shipped. After John's team learned about the door's availability, he was able to have someone install it the next day. From my perspective, the installation went very smoothly. The installer was extremely professional, was obviously competent, made sure that I was informed about key decisions, and made sure to clean up after himself. In particular, we have a vent very close to the door frame - so close that the frame would have covered over the vent. They went out, got a new vent cover (that matched the floor better than the old one did), trimmed the vent cover down to fit the new frame, and then made everything look like it was exactly how it always should have been. Additionally, the team took great effort to match the trim of the door to the existing trim around the windows so that, again, it looks like everything came in at the same time. The only minor downsides were time related. Getting the door and frame took as long as expected, but longer than desired. The installation itself took longer as well - a full day - though since I had already booked myself as out-of-office at work, that wasn't too bad. I would absolutely work with the team again.

Wonderful, the order came in when expected and was scheduled right away. Workman showed up on time and got right to work. The installation was done in a timely professional manner with detail to clean up.

Wonderful, when the roof materials arrived they were very accommodating to changing the installation date to work with my schedule. The workman were good, hard workers and attention to detail. I was very pleased to know they have an outside inspector to verify their work, great peace of mind. Love my roof.

John Capozzi and his wife are very friendly. They helped me get the best door for my basement. The installer came on time and placed the door. It took several hours, however they were true professionals who did a great job. The finished job was better than described by John. The installer also cleaned up all of their mess. I was truly impressed. The door was expensive but it was a premium door and well worth the price. I will be using them to replace my front door int he spring.

John was extremely responsive both via phone and emails. His core group of carpenters were great; his window guys were alright. His carpenters extended the windows to the desired height and next day his window guys came in and installed the windows. Overall, both John and his employees were professional and courteous. Will definitely hire them again if I need something in the future.

From initial consultation (through a recommendation from another satisfied customer) through installation and completion, it went better than expected.
