We arrived from vacation on a Sunday to a flooded home. The professional called within five minutes of submitting the request. He was on another job but said he would be here within 1 1/2 hours. He worked till 7 in the evening until completed. He replaced the broken pump. He did provide a year warranty. He was very nice and gave us some professional advice on maintenance of the pump. His weekend rates were very reasonable.
