John the plumber did an outstanding job on my ejection pump. He was communicative and took time to explain my problem and provided tepair options.

Note: I don't know the price of this type of work but to stop the basement water from getting any higher, it was worth it to me.

Great work! Unclogged a kitchen drain.

While this gentleman did clear the drain, it was not completely cleared, it only drained slowly, and would fill again, and then drain slowly. We contacted him twice after he left, no return contact. He seemed more interested in upselling and adding various things to fix.

JFK Plumbing owner, performed an evaluation of my existing sump pump issue and recommended it be replaced. I was ready to replace it due to its age. The pump he installed was the best replacement option with equal or better quality than the old one. It was a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for, hopefully. He arrived timely and worked efficiently, performing the task within the time frame he estimated during the evaluation. All work was completed and the area was left clean.
