Would be a 5 star but showed up 15 minutes late. That is the only bad thing I can say about JFK. Very professional and fast service. Explained everything in great detail that was easy to understand.

John Kennedy was at my home in an hour, on a Sunday evening, after I placed my request online with Home Advisors. He replaced the valve in the main bathroom toilet and explained everything completely. John is very knowledable, has a great rapport with people, too. I'd hire him again and I told him so. Highly recommended!

John made sure that, not only the job was done on time, he made sure that it worked properly. I was able to use the new shower head, shower hose worked with easily with my disability, There was one piece that he worked with to make it better for me cost him two extra trips just to make sure I could use it properly. If I need another job JFK gets my first call.
