Description of Work: Knowing that we only needed specific amounts of fuel oil in our old home before erecting a new home, Griffith worked with our specific needs. It took a few calls to the responsible person in the office before we could implement our plan, but when we did connect, they performed well and remembered our circumstances. Fuel is expensive, but there were other companies with lower prices.

Description of Work: They removed the old oil tank and installed a new fuel tank in basement. An overall excellent job. Greg, the tech installer was clean and detail oriented. There was not a drop of oil spilled in the process.

Description of Work: Had my boiler replaced. They came in and removed the old one, replaced it and made sure all was working with both the heating in the house and the hot water.

 + 0 moreI paid quite a bit. The price was medium and a reasonable one. They gave me estimates and they revived the estimates when I wanted to change the equipment configuration. They were very responsive. They provided financing for two years. They are very accommodating. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Griffith Energy Services Inc for my heating and air conditioning. I last used their services in February or March. I had a new furnace put in.

 + 0 moreThe multiple problems were a result of our ignorance as first-time home buyers not knowing what we were doing (like unknowingly flipping on and off the emergency oil burner switch), but the guy was very helpful in explaining how the system worked. He even showed us where the thermostat for the electric baseboard heater was located (not their responsibility). They charged us for the oil and starting up the furnace, but tips and information were thrown in for free.
Description of Work: They made about three trips out in the course of a week, to fix different problems that kept coming up (through no fault of their own). They initiated our service by filling the oil tank and turning on the heat. They showed us how the system works and where the shutoff valves are.
