I received a call less than a minute after submitting my job request. Robert came to the house the same day; he was honest about the problems with our furnace and gave us a price that couldn't be beat. His crew was right on time and did a great job. Robert called me promptly after I posted the request here on a Saturday morning, and was able to come the same day to inspect the problem. He arrived during the quoted window, and immediately made a quick repair to the wiring outside, due to faulty installation from a contractor. We have heat again!!! He also gave an honest assessment that the HVAC units a contractor installed here are the wrong size for the space (town home and single family home equipment, installed for a condo), which explains why the air feels high pressure. I will definitely keep him in mind for future HVAC needs.

Reliability Home is an exceptional company. My furnace - stopped working during one of the cold weather spells. The owner was quick to respond to my inquiry- very patient with my many concerns. All my questions were answered, my furnace was installed the very next day. All the employees were courteous and efficient. The cost was very competitive- and reasonable. I also purchased the Trane House Air Filtration system, which has definitely reduced dust and allergens in the air. Superior company.

A fan fuse blew shortly after the job was done, but they were back out within an hour of my call the same night to fix it. Plan to have all future repair/maintenance work done with them.

When I spoke to Robert, he was more interested in trying to repair my unit instead of trying to just sell me a new unit. Everybody else wanted to sell me a new unit.

We got estimates from 3 HVAC companies and Reliabilities was in the middle, but he quality of customer service was head and shoulders about the rest. Rob explained what we needed and more importantly what we didn't need. They came when they said they would and finished the job on time. It was a great experience and I will hire them again.

Called in a repair on a Saturday and was at my home within an hour. They needed to replace the whole AC unit and they where there by Monday morning. Would hire again if needed.

Robert explained what needed to be done and answered my questions. They installed outside condenser unit and inside evaporator coil unit. Did what they said they were going to do. Certainly would hire them again.

They also replaced the heating system, which was equally old. Outstanding work, done in one day, and would call them again if needed in any capacity.

My son just relocated to the east coast, we called on a Sunday and Rob was there moments later, gave a very reasonable quote to replace furnace and install central air. Had his crew in there Monday morning and completed the work later that afternoon. Very professional, new their trade and customer service was outstanding. Rob followed up the next day when his men came to take care of the oil tank. I would recommend this company to everyone. Topnotch all the way.
