It was great. They were here on time snd finished in a timelt fashion. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no mess for us to clean up.

Pulled up in an unmarked vehicle and was quick to point out it was not his normal car. I just thought that was weird. Looked at the system then when and got tools also very weird. Just the whole experience seemed odd. Overcharged after checking with others, and I asked for a proposal for work that took some time to get to me most give it on the spot. Very unprofessional.

Contacted VERY quickly. It must have been less than 30 seconds after choosing this contractor that my phone rang. Not only did they call quickly, but about 1 hr later someone was knocking on my door from the company. They act extremely fast and professionally. Everything was very transparent, and we felt very informed on how / what system we should replace out current HVAC system with.
