The experience was ok. The unit they installed had a bad part that malfunctioned within an hour of installation. They did return immediately to diagnose the problem and returned on the following Monday with a new part.

Guys are fast to respond to inquiry, really good at keeping time, very effective and do high quality job. I will definitely recommend them.

Everyone associated with this conoany, from the initial phone call scheduling the estimate to the tech that came and ultimately fixed the issue was professional and expedient. 1st Company that contacted me and after receiving other estimates chose them because they used hard duct over flexible in majority of the job. Answered all my questions and concerns. Very happy with the job they did and would not hesitate to contact them for future A/C and heating issues.

When I thought I had a problem after install, they answered the phone late at night and came the next morning to check things out. Turns out no problem but very responsive and they encourage you to call.

Prompt call back to schedule service which was requested as soon as possible. As with most HVAC service providers, after diagnosing the problem, the technician asked if I was interested in replacing my heat pump, but did not make me feel pressured to do so. Because of budgetary constraints, I opted to have a repair made on my existing unit. The repair was completed in a professional and timely fashion. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Both technicians were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in their trade. Installation went very well after some minor challenges from an ice storm the previous night. Worked with the contractors to knock out some ice blocking a gate and everything else was on schedule. Neither of the techs seemed annoyed at the inconvenience and took it in stride. Work on the project was according the the contract; one of the techs did go a little outside the scope of the project and opened up a return vent as an easy fix while they were on site. I feel like all my questions were answered honestly. May end up contracting with Reliability Home for a little duct work if necessary; this was outside the scope of our initial contract, although I did receive a rough estimate on site. Overall very happy.

Great service. Very prompt service. Gary checked the heat pump and found everything was working. Outside unit was frozen, but while Gary was here it must have been warm enough that fan. Started working.
