In searching for someone to come and take a look at our broken central air, I found Reliability Home on Homeadvisor. They promptly called us and were able to quickly diagnose the problem without a fee. The only thing that was a little strange is that they questioned why we were looking around at other options. We always read reviews and get price quotes before choosing a service, so to us that seemed like a normal thing to do. During the diagnosis, the price that we were quoted was high but seemed reasonable to other prices we'd read about. The business was able to work with our schedule and explain the necessary repairs. Due to a part that came late, the repair occurred one day after we had anticipated, but the service was completed quickly. We were even able to request a change in our final bill total due to a change in the expected workload. Our request was honored, and our total was less than anticipated. The workers and business were friendly and professional. We would hire this company again and recommend them as well.

Great experience with Rob and inside customer service support. Rob arrived on time and offered several options to consider before doing repair. He also agreed that the most expensive option wasn't the best based on age and type of system. Suggested just charging my unit until a catastrophic problem required total unit replacement. His honesty and integrity meant a lot to me and I will certainly refer him to other friends and family as well as continue using him for any future HVAC service. Very pleased!

They were quick, efficient and clean. They explained the new system to me and the benefits from the installation. They even looked at my existing system to let me know some additional items to watch out for in the future.

Our AC condenser wasn't working and I hoped it could be repaired. I called Reliability Home on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come on Monday. Rob did a thorough investigation and discovered that the compressor had died. He could replace this for a thousand dollars but it would only last a year or two while a new system was about four thousand to six thousand. He presented these two options without any hard sell and didn't push for the more expensive but more efficient system. We decided to replace the system and they were able to schedule the replacement for that Wednesday. We were also able to secure financing which greatly eased the decision. The crew came on time and performed the work in a professional and cordial manner. They were polite and proficient at their job. The took out the evaporator from inside the house and the old condenser from outside. While one crew put in the new evaporator inside, another installed the condensor outside. Overall the work was completed in about 3 hours. When they left, they took all of the old parts and all of the packaging from the new. They also vacuumed their work area inside, which I appreciated. I took off a bit on the work quality as the taping covering the new ductwork to the old ductwork could have been better. I redid it in one or two places and added some. But I am a bit picky about this. Overall, I thought the work was well done and the price was good and the air coming out is cold!

Professional and timely service.

They come very quickly, we needed an annual preventive maintain and a recharge of our system. Gary was very pleasant and professional . We are signing up for their 3 year preventive maintaince plan which has some other little discount extras. I felt he knew what he was doing and i would recommend this company for anyone who need heating and cooling system work or general maintance. Also the office staff was very pleasant on the phone.

Got a Trane heating and cooling system for not much more money than other quotes for cheap Payne systems. They offer two complimentary follow up visits: one this fall to ensure the new gas furnace is ready for winter, another next spring to ensure the new a/c system is ready again for next summer. Cool! The sales guy who did the quote was awesome and the installers were great as well and answered all of my curiosity questions.

It was a genuine pleasure to work with this company. From the cost estimate to the cleanup at the end of the job, I could have asked for nothing more. The people were well informed and did their work neatly and efficiently, and I had a good time "talking shop" with them. The installed system works very well. This was my second very satisfactory experience with Home Advisor.

Had several quotes. Reliability listened to our concerns and offered us several solutions, without any pressure whatsoever. It had been cold and Mr. Matheny brought us space heaters to use until the furnace could be installed several days later. Certainly above and beyond! The workers were courteous and respectful of our home. Would gladly recommend them.
